Here we are waiting for our breakfast which was supposed to be served at 8am, it is now 8:48 am. We have called ahead last night as to our breakast orders.

Food is expensive na sobrang konti ng serving pero in fairness, masarap yung nagiisang longanisa nila. The beach is a bit far, you need to cross a narrow street. The pools are ok, sayang bec a a couple of the big slides are out of commission. The wave pool is operated only a few mins at a time. The jaccuzzi is a joke. It's just bubbling COLD, FREEZING water.

We initially reserved 3 rooms. 2 of them were at the old building, the aircon wasnt working, and there were bed bugs! The beddings look like they havent been washed for years. They dont have cable tv and they dont have a telephone. The toilets don't even have bidet or tabo. We asked to be transferred to a 1 br suite that's adjacent to the 2br suite we're already using.

Not everything was awful though. The suites are great, spacious, comfortable beds, goosedown pillows and comforters, they have modern bathrooms, they have well-equipped kitchen with microwave and fridge. They have lots of pool choices. Best part was the staff were very accomodating and kind. And they gave huge discounts on room rates.

Pros:
Newly renovated rooms/clean and new.
Affordable food.
Courteous staffs

Cons:
Water pressure inside the room was sometimes low.
Pools inside Aquatica Marina were very dirty. Kadiri magswimming
Non functional ibang pools.
One waiter in their restaurant was rude and clumsy. Nagmamadali magserve tumatapon ang pagkain dahil aligaga sya. Wala namang ibang kumakain bukod samin. Di maayos magtrabaho. Informal, para kang kumain sa carinderia with his treatment lol.
Complimentary toiletries lacking. Free shampoo and soap only. Even free mineral water sa room wala.

With it's far location, wala namang ibang tourist destinations malapit, dadayuhin mo talaga sya, hindi worth ang money at effort para dayuhin. Waste of money. Okay na mavisit once. Pero kung babalikan mo pa, sayang lang. Mas maraming okay na resorts na mas malapit.

We had no reservations so we were only too grateful that there were three (3) available rooms. All El Puerto marina rooms include meals in their rate so breakfast, lunch and dinner were all included. We asked if these could be excluded from the rate and front desk said it was not possible. On January 9, we hosted a private dinner which the staff was very helpful with.

Great location. Near the beach and tourist spots.
Very courteous, friendly and prompt service from the staff
Had very nice swim on their swimming pools. But gets crowded during weekend. Best to swim up to Friday to avois crowd
Fixtures and utilities in the room needs some improvement though

Ok sana pero kulang lahat sa maintainance. Mabaho ang cr at water, maliit ang cottage, madumi ang pools, ang layo in person yung mga nasa pics, and ang alat nung water sa pool. They also said pets are STRICTLY not allowed kaya I asked again if pwede kahit mag extra payment kame and small dog lang naman yung saamin and magsstay lang sa cottage but they didn't allow it kaya it was very hussle for us to take our dog somewhere tapos makikita lang namin na may dalang BIG dogs yung ibang guest. The entrance fee is even kinda pricey so we were expecting pero it was disappointing. Thank you for the experience atleast alam na namin where not to go.

We stayed here for a week stay with our family.

PRO: Clean rooms, friendly and accommodating staff, they change the beddings when requested. Waterpark was nice, kids loved it, though it was old already! The entire resort was clean. Room was nice, seems to be just new. Beddings were comfortable and clean and white! It was a good rest!

CONS: there was no room wifi which is an issue for us as we are working from home. Wifi is only at the front desk/restuarant area (this is only 1 place). Globe signal was low on the are we are, 1 bar to 0 bar of signal. Cable TV is not working, only 2 available channels and was blurred or no sound, Not too many trees on the walk path area which is way too hot when moving from room to beach area. Room rates quite pricey given the amenities. The roads going to the hotel was small.

Overall, if you are here to relax, retreat and disconnect, this place is ideal for you. But for us who are working and need internet connection always, it was difficult for us.

This is a most disappointing resort that RCI should not even include on their list. Although the staff were very friendly, this resort does not offer anything in terms of relaxation. The rooms were average, food below average (we were served coffee in small plastic cups), no internet. The waterpark smells, lacks water, dirty. The wave pool does not operate unless 30 people are swimming, but even one won't dare swim in it. The beach was dirty. What else can I say?

Just a bit disappointed…the service is bad…super tagal when u ask something from them…kulang sa maintenance . Ung room namin mahina ang tubig sa may lavatory. Maybe becoz it is an old room/building. Sana ayusin nyo kahit na old rooms na..beddings also luma na, u should replace it…staff were mababait naman though ung service lang talaga matagal. Bonus nalang we got the chance to took a picture with miss @sanyalopez😅😂

This resort is value for money. They have clean and spacious rooms. Well maintained pools. Staff are nice and accommodating. Some amenities are no longer available like fishing and the banana boat ride. But they provide free entrance to Aquatica Marina during your whole stay which is their main attraction.

The pool water is dirty and it looked it wasn’t cleaned for ages. There were only 3 pools opened and they were icky. The washrooms were also dirty; the shower rooms door cannot be locked and the water was salty. Not worth the price and time.

Yes you can. Especially weekdays, the hotel has only few customers during weekdays. I stayed there during end March 2017. Don't be lured by the photos posted here, the leisure is not part of the hotel as you may have only access for two persons, more than two and you have to pay to use the facility. Rooms look nice, but shower room becomes swimming pool when you shower, doors are damaged, locks not working week, cabinet handle bars are coming off. The place needs lots of maintenance. They did not have my reservation, so it was a long wait for them to find my reservation from Ortigas office. Food, poor quality, they don't serve American Bfast with Sausage. Sinigang Bangus was poor, Fish was dry and tough. Second days bfast, we got there and I had to go to kitchen to ask for the staff and menu, 20 mins after ordering, they said to wait another 15 mins as they are cooking Rice. Bad bad bad.

From Victory Liner Bus Terminal Station: - ride a bus going to Dagupan - alight at the terminal station at Dagupan City (Easy way, from terminal - terminal. :) but just to "warn" you, it took us around 6-8hrs (?) from Manila - Dagupan because (1) heavy traffic (2) a lot of stop over - rent a tricycle to reach the resort (Quite far also, like 30-45mins (?) travel, expensive because of the distance - although i'm not sure if there's any jeepney/bus going to the resort area, if there's one that will be cheaper i guess.) :)
