Detailed Reviews
The owner, Milagros, was very helpful and nice. She spent some time talking to me and other guest in the front yard. The rooms are OK with a great view to the sea and the hundred islands. Free WiFi. Best and closest place to stay if you want to visit the islands.

First of all, this is a real budget place - backpacker rooms cost as low as 350 pesos, so you can imagine how the place is. So get rid of any fancy ideas you had of a villa! Don't let teh villa int eh name fool you!
It is what is called "pension house" in the Philippines - which basically means you get a room with a door, lock, cot, thin mattress, thin bed sheets, thin pillows, sometimes some peeling plaster thrown in, a CR (washroom) and if you are lucky, a miniature size table and chair.
So that is the flip side. You usually stay at such places here only if you are down to your last few pesos.
On the other hand, it is just across Lucap wharf - barely 5 minutes walk from there. you can clearly see it from the wharf and road - it is the first hotel at Lucap, and 3 storeys high. Rock bottom budget.

The hotel is literally across the street from the wharf on the main street which is great to wake up and watch the morning activities and the room is decent enough with WiFi in the common areas downstairs and there is hot water for the shower... I asked All the right questions but what I forgot to ask was are there 20 roosters living directly behind the hotel?!?!? I guess 4am is morning to them and that was how I started my day....

We paid a little over a thousand pesos a night. Probably you could stay elsewhere cheaper but this place is decent enough. The room was really simple but clean. The bathroom is so tiny that you literally stand next to the toilet to take a shower and the door of the bathroom is deteriorating. The location is really just a few steps away from the wharf.
The place itself is decent. But consider it with caution:
Firstly, sleep, peace and quiet are elusive in this place. The place next to us was doing karaoke at night. You absolutely will be able to hear the blaring, deaf tone singing of cheesy love songs through the flimsy windows. Also, you can hear the footsteps and voices of other guests just passing through the corridor outside your own room. The light from the corridor just shines through the translucent windows and to your room, the curtains don't help much.
We had a lot of "facepalm" moments with the caretaker. #1: Upon arriving, I ask him if we need to pay now or when we check out, to which he says, "later". He hands over the keys and then demands payment. #2: They leave a menu inside the room so you can order food. When we inquire from the caretaker, he says nothing, goes back inside the office then comes out after a moment, says nothing. So I was like, "uh...so can we order?" And he says, "oh, the cook is out." #3. At the tourist office, there was a bit of confusion. Accommodations in the area need to submit info of their guests to the tourist office. The caretaker guy failed to do so. He had to go back to the pension house to get our form. All this miscommunication might have been understandable if I weren't actually speaking Filipino to the guy.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It's about 2 minutes walk from the Lucap wharf and this place over looks the beautiful hundred island at Alaminos. Budget friendly and very accommodating staff. The owner Milagros and Camillo are one of the best hosts I've had so far.
Keep it up! Place is clean and bed sheets are well washed. I love their native longganisa. They have hot showers and free wifi too :)

We book a room for 6 pax (We are only 5 and this is the only available room when we arrive but still affordable) Hotel is 2-3 mins away from the wharf. Price is affordable compare to other. Enjoy the view of the wharf and Hundred Islands outside your room. There is a small parking area in front of the hotel, it can accommodate 3-4 cars I think. There is free wifi. Rooms are not that large and simple but very clean. We have 2 double deck beds, 1 queen size 1 single. Aircon condition is old but in good condition. Overall, this hotel is a very good value for money.

+1
The accommodation is very basic at best. The place could use a fresh coat of paint and serious washroom maintenance. The owner is a helpful and pleasant fellow. The location is great since it's right by the Lucap Wharf. Free Wi-Fi is available, however, it doesn't work most of the time. This particular place is tolerable for a 1-2 nights max. Since the whole neighbourhood is quite undeveloped still there is only one better accommodation available that I would recommend instead (Villa Antolin).

Villa Milagros Pension House is really affordable. There were 7 of us who stayed here. The room was not that spacious and it has only 1 comfort room. They have a mini store where you can buy foods. Really convenient. Clean rooms and staff is really accommodating.

I paid Php2,300 for an overnight stay. This room is good for 6. We are only five but this is the only available room when we arrived so we still took it.
