Detailed Reviews
The restaurant is on the beach front so expect a great view while eating. It is also very popular so it is not hard to get there - just say Casa Victoria to your trike driver in Pagudpud City Center.
The staff were all very attentive and nice.
The room and bathroom are both clean but no heater and no bidet. Expect that you will not be able to access the WiFi in your room (only in the restaurant) and the (Globe) network signal is very poor in the room as well.
Overall, I had a great and relaxing stay at Casa Victoria.

Poor security. We leave our jewelries inthe table and we went out of the room. My wife wedding has lost. And it was observed that the window has not locked anymore. I know somebody took it.
We stayed 2 nights in the family room for 4 adults, 2 double bed. The room space was ok. No chair inside the room. There was a cabinet but no hanger. No hot water in the bath. No electric hot pot provided in the room.
During night time no hotel staff on duty. The resort is not gated and i dont see any security guard.

First the pros: We got a room good for a family of 4. The room itself was large and the two beds were of good size. There were enough power outlets placed well throughout the room. The hotel’s location is great and the beach is quite clean besides your usual seaweed and sea stuff. The beach has a great view of the sunset too. The restaurant served Filipino Cuisine but also had basics like Carbonara and Chicken Teriyaki. Quality of the food was okay for us. We especially loved their omelette. The room had a television which had satellite channels. There was no refrigerator in the room though.
Now for the cons: When we arrived to the hotel, we saw that there was construction going on. We were not informed of this nor was it on their booking info. They don’t have any beachfront rooms or any rooms with a view. Our room lacked necessities like drinking water, proper closet space and much more. We were only given two thin bedsheets as blankets. and when we asked for more they said they would charge us and then said they couldn’t give it to us, no reason given. We asked to speak to the manager but they never showed up. Even when we asked for water in our room, they said they would charge us. Additionally, their bathroom space was quite strange. When we first entered the bathroom, the rug was completely soaked and when we asked them to give us a fresh one, they said they weren’t allowed to do that?? To wash your hands, you would have to stand directly in-front of the toilet seat. The bathroom also didn’t have hot water. We weren’t given shampoo and conditioner. Soap was there but it was not usable ( they sold actual soap at their store which you had to pay for). The family next to us didn’t have toilet paper for use either. Their restaurant closes at 8:30pm and their room service runs till 8. The most annoying part was the fact that there was no place to hang your wet clothes or towels. It’s a beach resort, it’s expected to need a place to hang wet clothes and towels. Even their closet didn’t have a place to hang anything, it was a big wooden box with one shelf and no doors. The staff were polite and helpful when it came to giving us the water and towels. They even gave us chairs to hang our clothes and towels which was nice of them.

Rooms: Smells like poop! Leaking AC! The Shower doesnt work and fell apart when we open. Cabinet smells like poop! We got 6 rooms for the entire family...
Resto: Did not give Official Receipt despite repeated request. When asked about room service, I was told 6:30pm last order. What??? Staff were in a hurry to close, did not accommodate orders kahit hot water lang need for the cup noodles.

I was not going to write a review for the terrible food in the restaurant but the 2 kids working there need some better manners. I just came back from a long drive to Santa Ana Cagayan and I was really hungry. The seafood kare kare still has chunks of peanut butter in it and the ensaladang talong is barely cooked. Here's the joke. The kid at the register ask me if I want a senior citizen discount? Funny for them maybe because they judge me for the way I look. I'm from California and I was wearing my hawaiian shirt and a fedora. I just laughed at them and even gave them a 200 peso tip. Simple minds...

Easy to book a room through the messenger. Ms Nhea from Reception is very quick to reply our queries. We stay this time for 5 nights (we are returnee) in the Casa Victoria Resort.
All the staff are very friendly especially Ms Honey and Ms Nhea.
The food in the restaurant is also delicious and service is excellent. The room we stay this time in the new building is very clean and spacious. The blue water and white sand beach of Saud make us our stay more enjoyable.
We will be back soon 💙

Took my family to Casa Victoria in May. This smaller, yet beautiful resort is cheaper than some of the others found on Saud Beach. But the rooms are very nice and the staff is super friendly, especially Nelly. The tiny restaurant sits right on the beach. Guests can sit in the shade or at one of the tables outside in the sand. There is also wifi, and rooms have aircon and hot water. It lies along a strip of resorts so you have the option of easily walking to the other easy-breezy bars and restaurants along the beach.
Food was simple but delicious. Shakes were to die for.
Saud is one of the prettiest and cleanest beaches I've seen in the Philippines. The locals are extremely friendly and sincere and I would strongly recommend Pagudpud as a relaxing alternative to the party scene in Boracay. Will surely be returning to this beautiful haven of Northern Luzon.

Safe naman po ang area at yung locals friendly at matulungin, sa manila sguro medyo matakot kayo pero up north ok nman at saka madaming foreigher sa area
Not sure po. Yung mga snacks at drinks pwede po kahit sa room. Meron po kasi silang resto mismo. :)
