I have visited this establishment twice, and both times I have been rejected a diving experience. If you flag your establishment as a dive center you should also offer diving! Today I was informed it is not season, correction, it is perfect season to dive. Secondly you stated that there is no boat because you rely on local fishermen, how about getting your own boat perhaps...I hope you are aware that you can dive from the shore and walk out into the ocean, any certified diver knows this. I think the cherry on top is that later in the afternoon we saw the same guy go diving alone which is a clear violation of PADI rules, buddy system hint hint, but clearly diving is on the menu since you dived right in front of our eyes It is so sad that such s beautiful place with amazing reefs and no possibility to go diving, extremely disappointed at your establishment!

The hotel staff crew are hospitable and accommodating including the Owner, service are also good. The Hotel has nice beach front view room where we stayed with my Family. Near the resort you can go explore Little Batanes of the North, Kabigan Falls, Blue Lagoon and Patapat Bridge.

I was here for two day at it was way enough for this hotel. Music every day at 6:45 am. Bathroom was dirty and the electricity was just working for the lamps. WiFi is not available in the rooms what is also a big miner! They told me, that the WiFi is still available on the balcony... Only plus is the friendly staff

Room we stayed in was OK, basic room but was disorganized ( aircon was situated directly beside the bed, drawer was blocking most of the mirror, there was an electric fan despite being an aircon room, no racks/ hooks for clothes and towels). Very disappointing restaurant, tried to order afternoon snacks but there was no staff in the kitchen to cook for us, a lot of the menu items were not available... Breakfast that was included with the room rate was also disappointing- we had to keep repeating our orders over and over (I had to make sure the staff was writing it down, but when it came to our table it was still not the right order/incomplete). 4 out 5 service staff that we met all gave us the same excuse when we would complain-- "we are just new employees here", which means here is next to zero training for the staff in this hotel. This place can so much better, attract more visitors if only they have the restaurant up and running all the time. If not for the hotel guests, the ones taking a weekend day trip so they don't have to bring their own food. That's added business! The food situation was so dire in this area, it made me ask myself: do people actually eat anything here?? It really ruined the mood, the beach was OK and we could've stayed longer if not for this. On a positive note, the resident doggo Titan was very, very good. Very friendly doggo, and was even my swimming buddy when I took a morning swim. Here's a picture of him after our swim- he had to take a nap after all that activity 😂

Just called them right now... I asked kung may available pang rooms for my family (2adults& 2kids)... and kung pwede pareserve na para we wont ho looking for hotels na bukas...

For what the place have to offer the prices are very big. Yes, same as others I've seen those bugs, bad smelly restroom. The hot water was almost none, you can hardly say was hot water. Beach! Forget about. They have only some rocks where the water splash into. There's a very nice beach, but at other resorts near by. If you plan to book here, you don't really have to. There's a lot of hotels located on the same property, owned by the same person. Food was really tasty, and really fresh cooked, with big serving. Friendliness of the staff, is about 50-50. When we arrived the front desk was getting irritated for no reason. Near hotel more nice looking, lower prices.

Good because the staff were very nice and accomodating. Very bad because when we arrived we were put in a room where the water from faucets and shower smells and reeks of very foul smelling like it came from a septic tank. No matter how I let the water flow for long thinking it would go away and even our room smeeled so bad the personnel decided to transfer us to another room. Much smaller. The water from the shower and faucets ‘trickles’. Had to full a pail just so we can bathe. While in the restaurant so many tiny insects were creeping. It was quite a nightmare. I chose it coz the earlier reviews were okay. I hope the owner will take note of my experience and do something positive about it. Right now I cannot recommend the place. Sorry.

Where do you start with such a horrible experience. We arrived at 4.30 for a 3pm check in and our room wasn’t ready. We weren’t told this but just told to wait, until after about 10 minutes we asked why. Although our room, had been recently “redecorated” by their standards (read painted), the bathroom was appalling, the toilet didn’t flush, but they had a bucket and bowl to do this. The shower dribbled, but not enough for the valve to change from bath to shower to stay on. We had some warm water, but our friends in the room next door didn’t have any at all, and this was at 10am. They had had free internet, but it didn’t work in your room. We were given an extensive menu for breakfast and I ordered pancakes, they said they didn’t have any. My husband ordered French toast, they said they didn’t have that either. When asked what they did have for breakfast they said they only had brown bread, and then suggested we go to the restaurant next door. All through this the staff were surly and disinterested. We couldn’t wait to get out of there.

✔ nice and clean ✔ good staff yung wifi lang nawawala wala. yung complementary bfast okay naman. kaso na shookt kami na isang pirasong longganisa at itlog lang pala ulam. Longganisa is okay to us. Hahahaha. Tapos walang masyadong ilaw. Pero all in all okay to. Yung bfast, wifi at pool lang tlga. :)

The amenities are old, that the bathroom door knob got broken and was charged to us. Cost was negotiated because it is not our fault but due to the unserviceable facilities. However, staff are very kind and friendly.
