Stayed here for two nights. The palace was easy to find although the drive was long. Checking in was smooth. The cottage was big enough for our family of four. Comfortable pillows and beds. Bathroom came with amenities albeit limited in quantity. Food served at the restaurant was delicious. Pre ordering meals is advised as the food is freshly cooked. Price was commensurate with the quality of the food. Bonfire at the beach was nice. Althoug swimming was not possible as the waves were strong. Instead, you can take a dip st the river, water was clear although cold. Friendly and accommodating staff made the stay more memorable. Definitely a recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in the area.
Amazing beach resort! The rooms were clean and had beautiful views! I reserved 3 rooms. My husband and I stayed at Villa A . Other family members stayed at Duplex B…they also had an ocean view. The rest of the crew stayed at Cottage A. Pannzian is eco friendly. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Met Miss Bing who manages the resort and she’s great too! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this amazing place! It’s worth the drive.
This is now our favorite beach resort in all of Philippines! Complete amenities - the cold fresh water river joining the warm salt water ocean, bird watching by the balcony of our villa, sunrise from our bedroom overlooking the farm, mountain and sea, farm-to-table food, unique native tastes, outstanding dining facilities, unlimited eating of mulberry from the mountain farm. Great nature walks, my senior father truly loved the place. No wifi, no tv, spectacular experience swimming in the vast ocean of the far north. What an amazing experience! Thank you Pannzian! You're unbelievable!
If you want a serene place to stay while in Ilocos, I highly recommend Pannzian Beach. Love how relaxing the resort. We were happy during our entire stay. If ever we go back, we are planning to stay longer.
Pannzian Resort is nature at its best, a dynamic blend of sights and experiences. Picturesque beachfront with streaks of orange light during sunset. Gurgling river over rocks. Bonfire and marshmallows at night. Mulberry fruit for the picking. Pocket areas for meditation. Delicious food for the weary. To top it all, the owner believes in sustainable tourism while the staff exudes a sense of ownership.
We stayed for 5d/4n and it was raining for 4 days straight, did not have the opportunity to do other activities like bonfire, trekking & mulberry picking. The front desk staff is not helpful and a bit ignorant & judge-y blaming us for not bringing a car instead of helping us to go to Adams town. Food is very much overpriced, I don't mind paying high prices but the food has to taste good, so sick of their bland food for 4 days, I’m itching to go to eat better food. The towels and blankets are worn and old, alot of dust in the corners of the room and a bit itchy but room that we had is cozy and bathroom is clean. No one cleaned our room, took our trash or replenish toiletries for the duration of our stay. Owner/Mngmt is full of BS and self importance when talking to other guests about their achievements and sustainable practices when infact her staff is few and I bet overworked that why the service is not good.…
Very serene place perfect for relaxation and much needed disconnection from the digital world. You might want to schedule your trip specially if you want to swim in the beach. You might not be able to enjoy the beach at all because of the huge waves during Ber months. Thankfully, there's the farm (unli Mulberry) and the Stream with super cold water which I really enjoyed a lot. However, it needs a lot of improvements 1. Toiletries - only soap and shampoo is provided, no toothpaste and brush 2. Service - some of the staff are a bit shy and are not really that hospitable. They should try to emulate Manang Beth, she's really nice. 3. Offer other activities - as mentioned, we couldn't swim in the beach and the mountain hike is also not available because of slippery steps. 4. Food - the price can be improved.…
We are a family who likes to stay in a less crowded place. Pannzian is the right one. And there's so many things to do even without TV and wifi. Go swim at the nearby river, and haunt some crablets ans shrimps! Go mulberry picking, walk barefoot along the garden to the sand along the beach; trek 900m to the springs! Or just lie down in the grass watching the birds... We will definitely come back. It was a quick trip but all worth it.
Get the Villas, they’re the new ones and the view is better (mountains, farm, and the sea). Food was good and really for the health conscious. A bit pricey tho. They offer free trekking to BugBog Spring, just tip the staff. All the staff there were very polite. Overall, excellent! I miss Tagpi 🐶
Very nice place if you want nature at its best. Beach, mountains, farm and river all in one place! Best when you go as a group and enjoy the surroundings and just relax. Although it was raining when we visited, it did not stop us enjoying what the place has to offer.
