The resort is located directly on the beach with white fabulously fine sand which runs into a shallow lagoon protected from the rough Pacific Ocean by a coral barrier. The turquoise water in the lagoon is crystal clear and can be as warm as 35°C so you may feel at times as if staying in a spa resort. We offer accommodation in spacious, nicely equipped and neat villa-like bungalows. All of them are provided with air-conditioning and powerful fans (selection possible), fridge, hot water shower, large veranda with an ocean view and a panoramic front sliding wall.Resort has a new infinity swimming pool with amazing view on Pacific Ocean.

The staff are great... but the hotel is masivly overpriced! Unless your happy to pay top rates for no water to shower, constant no electricity, quite old and shabby rooms , and the list goes on . Really disappointed

Firstly, we like very much all the staffs of the resort, the breakfast for its price, and the water and its sand along the beachfront of our villas . However, the resort is a little off away from the main road, thus, the parking area is far from our villas which are beachfront. Plus, the two swimming pools, which were shown in their ads as so large, are actually small, good only for 1 to 6 persons to avail simultaneously. We were 16 (family & friends) who went there, from April 8 to 10, 2023 (3 nights), we occupied 4 villas. We paid a fortune for our stay of the resort we thought was among the best in General Luna, Siargao. But to our dismay, its not, because walk-in guest, who paid only P500 pesos as entrance fee (which is by the consumable) can avail all the facilities and the whole place of the resort, leaving us, who were stay-in, who paid a fortune in there, salivating and waiting until all the walk-in guests were gone. We felt, short changed of our stay in there. It was not worth of our credit card bill. For us, our stay in the resort was a traumatic experience of our pockets.

Our stay at RBV was one of our best ever in the Philippines! Great location close to everything yet quiet. Beautiful sandy beach -& warm swimming. The staff were all so attentive- especially Mae who looked after all our needs-She made everything happen seamlessly. Tours, massages, motorcycles can all be arranged. The staff were so friendly & attentive we’ll never forget their warmth.

If you are travelling with family, stay with ROMANTIC BEACH VILLAS. When we called to inquire for pricing and other information, their attendant was knowledgeable. They accommodate groups and families. We were 16 pax, BTW. Their rooms are huge, clean and family friendly. Refrigerator, water heater and complimentary bottled water are replaced everyday. Welcome Drinks for all of us upon arrival and fruit platter waiting for you in the rooms. Food is excellent! Their bar has a wide variety of beers and cocktails. Buffet Breakfast with an awesome view of the Pacific Ocean is what I fel in love with. The resort is in the middle of General Luna. Their staff are very friendly and accommodating. They always give you a genuine and warm greeting. When we get home from the tours, our rooms are clean and towels are replaced. ❤️❤️ Price? It is a bit high but everything is worth it. ✅ Beach front ✅ Jacuzzi ✅ Swimming Pool ✅ Wifi (at the lobby) ✅ Clean ✅ Air conditioned Rooms ✅ Back Up Power Generator ✅ Food and Beverage ✅ Happy Hour (Buy 1, Take 1 COCKTAILS) 4pm -7pm ✅ Near restaurants and nightlife ✅ Housekeeping Services 8/10 for me. They need to improve on their Wifi so that guests can work from their rooms. Improve air conditioning at the bunk beds in Coco Rooms. ACU too small for the upper area.

I would like to thank the staff for a great experience. The service was great and room was located beach front with stunning morning views. I swam the infinity pool daily early morning to see the beach horizon which streamed into the ocean. Shortly after took advantage of the daily complimentary breakfast for guests... a combination of filipino and American meal to start the day. Cant believe people gave this hotel negative reviews cause of wifi or was located too far from the street. It was cozy and secure in my opinion. This place also has an outdoor lounge area with a pool table and bar which was nice and convenient. Thanks for also getting a great rate on scooters rentals for me and the team.

Be careful booking this hotel. They have rooms far from their main hotel near the main road that isnt advertised in agoda.Poor wifi,no hot water,no TV.The Lady owner was friendly on our arrival but when we asked to move to another room she wasn't friendly the next day.Food also expensive, you get a free breakfast t coffee to pay 159 each All basic and poor quality.Go somewhere cheaper and nicer and cleaner beach and pool like Siargao Island Villas also front beach hotel. Some staff are friendly though.

It is sad to say I did not really had a good experience in the room, it was an annex further. Small room. It looks like a stock room with many personal belongings.. I assume it was from the kids or relatives of the owner. When I open the fridge - it was not working and I almost fainted due to the smell. Took a while for the room attendant to figure out why the AC was not working. pros: I love their restaurant, their pool, the view, the owner is friendly.. I always go here for a decent breakfast or afternoon beer. A bit steep but Siargao GL market is also expensive, serve cold beers. They accept Credit Cards which is thank God and heavens above, cash is difficult in this island. Highly recommend to experience dining here near the pool. Staying yes as long as not in the annex

Do not book for Romantic Beach Villa because they don’t have empathy at this time of uncertainty. I booked for Romantic Beach Villa however our airline canceled our flight due to government restrictions. I canceled our booking with Romantic Beach Villa 20 days before our arrival however I did not get a full refund. I tried contacting the resort but they are not responsive about my cancelation request. They have a really bad cancelation policy and will just take your money. I was hoping for a consideration during this time of a pandemic but they never answer our calls and emails.

The location of the resort is perfect..not far from the town center and just right in front of the beach. The staff were all very nice and accommodating. Although there are great restaurants around and in the town area, we love eating in their restaurant as the food is delicious and very well presented. We were able to stay in their Ocean View Deluxe (bungalow) room and in one of their Casa Grande bungalow during our stay. At first, I had doubts on the Casa Grande as it is located a few meters away from the main resort. But then, it was ok because it is not really far (maybe less than a 100m away). It was not very noisy aside from the casual barking dogs of the neighbors. The main street is about 10m away, so, it is not a problem to go out. Inside the Casa, the bed, living area, kitchen and shower are spacious and clean. However, I hope they can improve the water volume and pressure of the shower. We loved the Ocean View with of course the view, the terrace and hammock just outside the room. The room is spacious and clean.
