The last time we visited Anguilla was 2005, which was our second visit. It was a gem then and even in the midst of Covid, it is still magical. The previous visits were 8 days/7 nights and we stayed at Cap Juluca. This time we stayed for 17 days with our twin teenagers from 4/1-17, and although we stayed on Meads Bay, we visited Cap Juluca several times. Once again, my husband and I felt swept away and it was nice that the kids also fell in love with Anguilla and especially Cap Juluca. The resort expansion was lovely, great food variety, and server, "Justintime' made our time enjoyable. We'll be back!!

Everything was incredible! Claudia made every detail worry free and took fabulous care of us. All staff members were so welcoming and wonderful, truly first class. The cocktails and variety at the different on-property restaurants kept every day fresh. And small details, the automatic light in the bathroom and sunscreen cups, added value!

Treat yourself and those you love the very most to a trip to the one and only Cap Juluca in Anguilla. It takes a special mix to create and maintain a place that is so incredibly magical to visit and completely enjoy time and time again. Tiago and his team of fabulous staff are the mix that keep Anguilla’s most beautiful resort on its most beautiful beach, Maunday’s Bay, a pure delight from the beginning of the trip to the very and always bittersweet end of your stay. We spent our whole 12-day trip on the Cap Juluca property, to comply with Anguilla’s soon-to-lift -on -July 1st pandemic protocols …. We also had two teenagers in tow and no one in our party was ever at odds for something fun to do, a quite place to chill out or an “only in Anguilla” special experience. Mornings consisted of beginning the day with fun yoga with Tanya and Sammy, or an early bike ride to spot birds (including precious baby tern chicks and baby iguanas) along the salt pond or to watch the waves crash up from Cove Bay. some days we headed straight to the amazingly delicious and option-packed breakfast with St. Clair and his incredibly attentive team that immediately makes you truly feel like family: Priscilla, Elicia, Jaqueline, Fiona. Jakeyda, Michiline and everyone else go above and beyond to start your day on the right note. After breakfast visit Maunday’s Gallery, a great new addition to the resort with a great diverse selection of local art in several mediums. Every spot on the beach is wonderful at Cap Juluca and the breathtaking views are endless for the entire stay . Our beach attendants could not have been sweeter and more focused on making sure everyone was having a great day, every. single. day! Carol, Clarone, Ricardo and Jerome kept everyone happy and it was so much fun to watch the kids discover the special touches and treats that make up a true Maunday’s Bay beach day: mint iced towels, teas at noon-ish, smoothies on the beach, flavorful sorbets apres lunch …. Speaking of lunch, Maunday’s Club was our favorite place to enjoy lunch…. the staff and food at Maunday’s Club are simply wonderful… including Ruth and Jasmine. It was great to have a little mini-escape while the kids enjoyed Cap Shack or lunch at the pool with Justin … the children also made the most of the water sports with Elvis and Charlotte and team, they were snorkeling, riding the Super Mabel and boat pull ring as much as the could! Rosette and Kainesia did an awesome job of helping us navigate all the government requirements to make the trip happen and picked the perfect villa, Sapphire, for our family. Fanny and her team did such a nice job with housekeeping and turndown...pure luxury! Rosette and Kainesia also helped us with some delicious dinners in the bubble including some favorites like Sharkey’s, Mango, Straw Hat and Ember. And the kids’ always top Anguilla favorite, Picante. Other team members that helped make our trip a memorable one include Casey (room service) and main house and host staff including Glenford, Tyrone, Shawn in Tennis, Myron, Gene, the guy whose name is Adien or something close, Claudia, Derrell, Langford, Kennedy and Andrea and more…. Take advantage now of the opportunity to visit Anguilla as soon as you can… we felt so safe and very confident in terms of the way the Ministry has managed the overall pandemic protocols , Cap Juluca looks absolutely amazing. They haven’t missed a beat and totally welcomed us like family. Cap Juluca is the perfect spot to re-enter the world with your favorite people in the world … 😊 this year was such an incredibly restorative trip for all of us, the stay was simply magical and we will treasure this time we shared there for always. p.s. Anguilla tip: book some boat time with Garfield of Gotcha Boat Tours to visit Anguilla’s magical cays to explore and snorkel or do a 360-tour of the island…it’s always one of the best days of the trip and you truly experience Anguilla’s spectacular natural beauty being out on her waters.

This Resort was one of the finest we've visited. The Moorish inspired architecture was magical, lining the curved shoreline and bordering the soft, silk-like sand. The aqua colored ocean water was clear, warm and inviting. The service was impeccable, the variety of food choices was expansive and the quality of the meals was truly amazing. The interiors were spacious, very well designed and superbly appointed. This is the perfect place to restore vitality, seek the peace we all long for and simply enjoy the life. It is what dreams are made of......

We stayed at Cap Juluca this June (2021) and had a wonderful time. The resort was at 25% capacity so there were not too many people there. This was our second visit to the resort (first was in 2017) and the upgrades to the facilities is noticeable. Our room was very clean and updated. The restaurants were nicer too. The best thing about Cap Juluca, besides the amazing beach and great amenities) are the people who work there. .Everyone at the resort was exceptionally friendly and helpful. IT was that way the first time we went there in 2017. If you come to Anguilla, you should stay here. Great plce
