The view alone of the Horns would have compensated for many faults, but we found few, we loved this hotel. Breakfast buffet was very good. Plated dinner was excellent. Staff friendly and professional. Comfy beds and quiet. Windows open. Minor gripes: water was scalding hot,

We stayed here for 4 nights to make sure we could have at least one good day to hike due to unpredictable weather. And it worked out perfectly. We rented an SUV from eurocar and drove in, arriving late afternoon to a great welcome drink at the hotel. We filled up with gas at the

This is a very good hotel, but with a few extras, could be excellent. We had the all inclusive package foe 3 nights which didn't come cheap. Check in was fine, but a welcome drink on arrival would have made it better. The rooms were good, no TV. but with the view of Torres del

You should contact the hotel direct for best advice as they are very helpful. They pick up/drop off from El Calafate on certain days. There is a more frequent service from Puerto Natales. The two night all inclusive does not provide free transfers I think you need to stay 4 nights for that.

We contacted via webpage email and they were quick and responsive. Shuttle to Punta Arenas or Puerto Natales. Don’t hesitate to rent a car for less money and drive. Good road and well marked. Will take you 3 hrs from PA and 1 from PN, last 60 kms on dirt road. Once there, you will be happy to have a car and drive and enjoy the many spots in Torres del Paine National Park

If you are hiking the 'W' trails, there is no reason for guide. It is nearly impossible to get lost. My son and I choose to go it alone and we were able to do the 'W' but be warned the French Valley hike was 28 miles and difficult to complete in the allotted time. The guided hike doesn't get near the top... which is why you do the hike.
