The hotel is so grand and neat. The staffs are friendly. One can get a nice view of the lake even in restaurant. The shops here are quite expensive and I wouldn't recommend it. Buy souvenirs elsewhere but not here. The food options are too...More

Onsen, view, dinner and breakfast were perfect for me, but if you make a reservation on the other website, you are supposed to pay for the shuttle bus when you check-out. It’s for free only when you make a reservation on their OWN website. But...More

Quite an old hotel but very spacious room with a good view of the lake. Enjoyed the fireworks at night. Public onsen was okay, not fantastic but not bad either. Food provided in the buffet has room for improvements.

Just take the donunn bus from the sapporo JR stn. The Bustop is to the right.

If I recall correct, it's closed between 2am and 6am or something around those hours
