We are a 20 minute walk to UEA. - Effectively, if you look at photos of UEA, we are on the other side of the lake. - So to get either way you have to walk through the small wood and over the UEA grounds. - It's a nice walk, lots of dog walkers joggers etc, although you wouldn't want to walk it in the dark!
We get lots and lots of UEA parents here, dropping off, picking up and visiting 2 or 3 times a year, and we get lots of positive feedback. - In fact I have just let in a Canadian student who stayed with us when she started UEA in September last year and now wants somewhere to work quietly to prepare for her exams!
We do have space around the date that you mentioned and the rate for a 3 person room is £125 per night. If you wanted 2 rooms, one would be £100 and the single would be £65 per night.
If you would like to let me know if you would like to book asap, I will happily get the room(s) reserved for you.
I look forward to hearing from you.
