we went to the resort yesterday 27th may 2013,
yes we had a lovely family day out and the resort was nice !
But when we got home my wife noticed her purse missing with over 3500 pesos and £20 note, but i said we never left our belongings alone ? but my mother-in-law said she saw one of the workers hanging around our hut while we was swimming , we had only left our stuff unattended for 2 min ! we tried to ring the resort , but the line was always busy ! we will wait and see what happens , because my mother-in-law can remember the man ?
yes it spoil t our day

Stayed for the day on Black Saturday. Had to pay a fee for the entrance, the chairs and table, and shower use. Sadly, the price for the rent of a table with chairs was the same as if we were renting a cottage. We brought our own food and drinks as customary. There is no wide expanse of white sand but there is plenty of sea and opportunity to mingle with the locals. Not much to expect from a local beach. Of course, be mindful of your belongings just in case.

I visited this resort with some of relatives the day after Christmas. They charged us PHP50 per head for entry, and a massive PHP1200 for an old, dirty "cottage". We were told the cottage was good for 20 people but that was an outright lie. With 20 people, there would be standing room only. We were 15, including 3 children, and there just wasn't enough room for all of us and the stuff we had taken just for ONE meal.
The toilets were dirty, smelled terrible, and there was no running water. We were charged an extra PHP50 per head for showers.
This place is overpriced and overrated. The beach is nothing special: it isn't a long stretch, and the water is OK. You get practically nothing for the money you spend. Might as well go to a public beach.

The shore is full of seaweeds. We stayed in cottage 31 but there are a lot of garbage surrounding the cottage. I think they are overpricing the cottages rent. They charge 2000 for the cottage and they also let us pay for 50 per head entrance. This was not the Hadsan I grew up with.

We were looking for local beaches here in Lapu-Lapu City and passed by Hadsan to give it a try.
Entrace fee was Php50 per head. The road after passing the gate was nice. We inquired about the cottages (old, dirty and obviously not very well maintained) and we were surprised to hear that it costs more than a thousand pesos. You also have to pay for using the showers and that wasn't clean either. You can smell pee just by standing a few meters from the restroom.

Not so nice place, cottages were dirty and the beach area was too small. They had vendors and peddlers inside and you are really not sure what the place is - whether its a dive resort, a hotel or just a place by the sea with cottages. Did not come back to this place again...and will never.

Unfortunately, my family and I were disappointed with this beach resort. First off, this is supposed to be a paying beach property. Which means, there's an entrance fee, yet it was dirty. There's dog feces everywhere. You wouldn't want walking around the sand seeing all that poop everywhere. Someone needs to pick those up for the beach goers to walk freely esp. barefoot without stepping on poops. yuck. Maybe I'm just use to nice beaches here in Saipan but if they could just rake the area, it would be so much nicer. I saw a lot of staff everywhere but I'm unsure if they are hired directly or just from other vendors. The jetski rental and other beach activity rentals are unorganized. Wait is also too long. I don't think it's the wait per se was the issue. It's the unknown feeling. Waiting for unknown. They tell you to wait 5 minutes then no follow up. When you ask them, it's another 5 or 10mins. 30mins later, still waiting. I hate that. The beach water itself is also not clean. Mucky and rocky.
I added 1 star to my son's jetski experience. My son rents jetski everytime we go to the beach. His jetski experience here in Hadsan was different. More fun, he said. He was allowed to drive freely with an escort. I felt safer that he with someone and he had fun as he is able to drive the jetski everywhere he wishes. Unlike here in Saipan, he gets to drive the rented jetski only in circles, there's a designated route for him to follow which is a bit boring for teens.
If not for my friends company, we would have left earlier. We stayed awhile mainly in the non-beach area. We just ate, drank and spent time with friends. We could have done that anywhere but here though. No beach fun here for us (except the jetski).
For a paying beach property, you expect a little more. A little better than this. Will be my last visit here, unfortunately.

Good to get the villa ocean veiw to relax. Otherwise not worth, as there is practically no beach.
The villa is basic, with no hot water, no kettle, no drinking water etc.
Front desk sells 2ltr mineral water for php$6000!🤢ðŸ˜
Beachfont is run down. Many tourist on daytrips and diving launch pad from here.

So you've gotta pay an entry fee to get in and then navigate through winding roads to find the resort where the beach is.
It would be an understatement to say that we were surprised by what we saw. On hindsight, it was a good thing that we were toting around a can of beer. It softened the blow a little.
If I were to get technical, yes, this is a beach. Is it worth the 50pesos each? Definitely not. Is it worth the walk in? Hell no. I'm not sure why this is promoted as a tourist attraction because I saw more locals there. There were a few confused Koreans wandering about. God bless them.
We sat there for a bit, finished our beer, contemplated about life and promptly called a car to go to Bluewater instead. Don't regret that one bit.
