Excellent spot if you wish to take in Krka National Park. The rooms are a decent size and colourful. You enter off a narrow street into a courtyard type of setting upon which many rooms overlook. There is a line to hang up laundry if need be and Angela is very pleasant. We were not sure of the parking situation so we parked at the Krka Parking lot off the highway and walked up the small street to her place. She then told us we could park in front. We did not have any issue locating her place. We stayed 2 nights and were very content. There is a fridge you can use that is a community fridge where we stored our food rations for the next day. We had issues getting WiFi but I would stay here again as it was a lovely spot.

We stayed at house Ivan in order to get to the Krka NP early before the crowds. For that, House Ivan is excellent. The problem with the location is that the Croatian roads are not read by British sat navs and we spent 2 hours trying to find the place, after a long day- and we are both not stupid but medical doctors. The problem is that numbers on roads do not follow ONE road like they do in other countries. They can have gaps, so no house between say 54 and 88 on the road you are on. The houses are on roads that are tangential or parallel and still called the same road name. But, UK sat navs cannot find that. We had to use GPS and get out and walk to find it- so beware!! Parking, once we arrived, was fine, as free after 6 pm! Once we arrived, shattered from the difficult trip, the owner was lovely. We were told of places to grab some supper in walking distance.

We stayed here for 2 nights to go to the national park. We let Angela know what time we would arrive and she was there to meet us. Angela showed us a communal fridge we could use, there is a washing line in the garden too if you do any washing. We also had a washing line on our balcony with pegs. The guest house is on the main street through Skradin, with shops, bars, restaurants, bakery, church, ATM, national park info centre, bank, pharmacy all within a short walk of 5 minutes. There is a small gravel beach across the road, the water is one of the national park rivers. There are lots of food stalls along the beach road selling juices/smoothies, pancakes and snacks. Tickets for the national park are bought at the info centre and boats to get in the park go from across the road form there. Our room was large, with bathroom, clean towels, balcony, TV. The garden has fig trees and grape vines, the fruit tasted lovely! The atmosphere was very relaxed and laid back. For the price it is definitely worth staying here.

We only stayed 1 night at the Guesthouse Ivan, but the host was very friendly, we came quite early to get to the National park krka, she didn't mind that we left our bags at the place before we could check in. Right in the middle of the small centre in Skradin.
