The bed is very comfortable and the room is big. However there is no window and the pack breakfast is not so good. The front office is very professional and accommodating and hands after their safety protocol. The rate is quite expensive compared to the other hotels in kalibo but it’s OK.

Didn’t have a reservation, was just trying out different hotels in Kalibo. So far both Hotels I have been to was a pleasant surprise! Everyone was very professional, friendly and they assisted me well. Was fortunate that I was given a large room. Thank you! Bathroom was clean, as well as the other areas in the hotel. They made sure their place was sanitized, and health protocols were implemented. Breakfast was good too

Cons- like what i read in some reviews, the room I got had no windows
Coffee during breakfast could be improved as well.

Overall, very satisfied and will recommend this hotel.

This is one of the best accommodations in Kalibo, Aklan, especially if you're visiting the place for the famous Ati-Atihan festival since it's just a stone throw's away from the cathedral and Pastrana Park. It's got nice rooms equipped with AC, hot and cold shower, TV, a small fridge, a safety box, etc. Some even have a veranda that looks directly out on the street. The place also has a colorful waiting room, a restaurant, a conference room, an open-air reception area, and so forth. The staff are friendly and accommodating. There are good eateries nearby as well.

1. Excellent customer service. The front desk was spot on in responding to my text messages. Front desk was also responsive to requests to go to the nearby cathedral or to book us a van to get to Caticlan.

2. Food was amazing and value for money.

3. Accommodations were simple and clean! We had a brownout but their generator kicked in less than 5 seconds. If we hadnt asked, we would have known that all facilities were powered by generator. They are not ready to ensure guest experience was undeterred by power interruptions.

4. We were there to attend a wedding. The venue for the reception was quaint and beautifully decorated.

5. Floor had a huge sofa and teddy bear that put a smile to a weary traveler's face.

Booked online, without really knowing what to expect from a hotel in a small airport town.

We were quite suprised at the good quality of the furnishings. The room was clean with nice linens.

The staff were quite helpful, and breakfast was OK (local set menu).

The WiFi was difficult to use, so I ended-up using mobile data, instead. Like many Philippine hotels, the TV selection was limited, as the hotel doesn't subscribe to premium channels.

I would stay here again. Good value for the money.

The staff and the owner were very helpful and friendly. I had a lunch party at their restaurant and the food was good. The breakfast was also good. They have a good selection of wine and a wide selection of dishes and cakes for lunch and dinner. The area has only fast food restaurants and it was good to dine in the hotel. It was quite reasonable. Wifi connection was weak so I suggest bringing a personal one is better. We stayed in the Family room and it was spacious and cleaned well daily. Massage service was reasonable and very professional. The shower head was not so good but the toiletries were ok. Their gym was ok. A coach was always there for assistance. The airport transfer service was efficient.

Stayed several nights during the 2016 Ati Atihan festivities and the location of the hotel is excellent to capture all the excitement of the Mother of all Filipino festivals.
This is s new hotel, rooms have been fitted out to a very high standard, and staff are always willing to assist, very impressed, thanks to everyone who made my stay so memorable.
Just one suggestion for improvement, please rid the hotel of the dreaded instant Nescafé coffee, a hotel of this quality should be serving brewed coffee as standard!!

After a long flight we booked here instead of making our way to boracay. Seriously the best bed we have found in our travels in pinoyland. King size and not two singles zipped together. Amazing bedding with super sized pillows meant we slept like logs. Yes there were no windows but don't think of the dodgy damp dark rooms but instead a calm well lit space. No fridge in the room which was its only downfall. Breakfast was basic eggs and bacon but was fine with me. We got a free transfer to the bus station which was a pleasant surprise. Much better than the other mid range hotels we have stayed at when passing through to boracay. (Our 4th trip so far) and cheaper than discover. Would definitely stay again.

We had our annual post grad event here last June. I also stayed one night at the hotel.

Location: Near to the airport, around 10mins by tricycle (P100 fee). Right beside a convenience store for late night runs.
Cleanliness: Very good
Food: Free breakfast at their cafe, but not buffet. However I really thought the food they had was delicious.
Staff: Courteous. I had to make several room changes and they accomodated me with a smile.
Room: Small but the bathroom was large enough

They have an outdoor function room to hold events.

I made a reservation for pick-up at airport, but they didn't come!!!! So we were waiting in the airport for a while and we took a tricycle to the airport. The hotel was 10 minutes from the airport but the ambiance wasn't really cool(it was 20hr30 so very dark). That made us really worried if we would be kidnapped or something. (that is the reason why we reserved the pick up service in advanced)
In the hotel room, the bed was really bad, it made a noise every times I moved.
The worst part was the equipment was poor. First of all there was 0 toillet paper, so I had to call the reception, and no hot water in the morning so I called again for the last we have to ask a hair dryer.
