We enjoyed our stay, this is good for an overnight or 2 nights stay. The location is nice, room is clean and big with breakfast, worth the money . I don’t understand why some reviews are negative and complaints on things for the price they paid? Don’t expect 5 or 4 star hotel for the price. This is a budget and decent hotel. I would definitely recommend and will come back!

everytime I visit Kalibo I always stay in Oliveros Place. The owner was really kind and the staff were really helpful in answering my queries about the transportation in kalibo. They do not have elevators and on the way up, you'll pass by a corridor that has a dormitory feels (because, yes, it is also a dormitory for students) but the topmost floor is where my room is located. The bed is big and they have wifi and cable tv, the room itself is big. However, there are limited electric sockets to plug your gadgets. You can smoke in the rooftop area (outside the rooms). The price is very cheap! great for backpackers ;)

Our group of 9 needed an overnight place to stay in Kalibo, Aklan and Oliveros Place was our choice. They have a big room.....literally a big room that can accommodate all of us.The big room also have its own toilet. Beds are very comfortable and aircondition was perfect. They also have free wifi to be connected online. Van transfer was available and also hearty delish Filipino breakfast was served before we left for Boracay

my family and i stayed at Oliveros for one night.. the place we took was the big room and it was beyond what we expected. the beds and the CR were clean and more importantly air conditioning was working perfectly. The owner/manager, sir jp was very accommodating, never said no to each of our request. so if you guys are looking for an affordable place to spend in kalibo before traveling to caticlan i highly recommend you stay in oliveros.

We booked three rooms and all three rooms have unpleasant vibe. The bed's headboard is slightly covering the bathroom door. So you're like sleeping beside where you clean up. Very old and rusty water pipes. You could just smell and feel it, it made me sick. I literally bathe and brush my teeth with mineral water. Lastly, by the looks of the served breakfast, it was dirty. They didn't cover the dish and flies were everything.

Would happily stay here again, the hotel is clean and well worth the money. Stayed here for 1 night on route to Boracay and would strongly recommend it. All staff are very helpful and accommodating and the manager was also great (helpful to resolve a problem, not to do with them but the booking site we used) stay here if your not heading straight to Boracay after landing at Kalibo airport (short 120php taxi ride)
