This hotel which is located at the back of a Seafood and Grill restaurant along Jaime Cardinal Sin Avenue has plenty of rooms to choose from. They are clean and spacious. The best part is just walk to the front of the hotel and enjoy the menu of the grill seafood restaurant. The downside part is that there is no elevator to climb the higher floors which explains why the rooms at the higher floors are cheaper than the others. Perfect for the whole family.

pros : near airport , about 5 minute ride using the local transport (tricycle) ; big rooms Cons : - hotel initially assigned me on the ground floor (old wing), the room was stuffy and smells old. noise from the outside can be heard from the room. I was transferred to the new wing with a much newer room after second day - bad cellfone signal - tv remote not working even after replacement - not once they have make up room , even when i hang the sign to make up room; i stayed for 3 nights!

Probably the nearest business hotel near the Kalibo airport. They have shuttle services to and from the airport which makes it easy. Rooms are big and comfy, especially the mattress. Meant for resting. Food in the indoor resto and outdoor grill is good and affordable. Even local families around the area come by to enjoy a family meal. Staff is nice and accommodating. They have a small store at the lobby selling toiletries and snacks. Oh I love their smoothies and Mango shake! Please take note that there is no swimming pool or other entertainment features. Although there are board games and books you can read. Wifi can be spotty at times, as with anywhere in the Philippines especially the Visayas area. This place has no elevator, so choose a room on the lower floors if you have heavy luggage.

The best thing about this hotel is that it's near the airport. If it wasn't for the staff, I'd be rating it with zero stars. Wifi is so bad that I had to rely on my data. Im surprised to see a fitness center listed in amenities here on Trip Advisor, because they don't have one. No elevator on a 3 or 4 story building. Air-conditioned room, but you only get 1 thin blanket, no comforters. Unless I see good reviews about this hotel, I'm never coming back here.

Location is near the airport which is very convenient. I love their buffet breakfast which has many choices. The room is clean everything is okay except for the blanket which needs to be thicker. The bed was comfy and they were quick to give our requests. I just wish they had an elevator coz its hard if you are in the 4th floor. The staff were nice and so far my stay was above average. I would recommend this to those who will go to kalibo.

i usually stay at this hotel for business trips, usually lasting 3 days, and usually ends here when the hotel across the street is already fully booked. upon arrival, the you will already have the impression that it's a 3/5 hotel. you will just feel it. you have to scan for a few minutes before you see a receptionist and before a hotel staff entertains you. the rate is slightly higher for a hotel in the province, there are no elevators and they offer free wifi which perfectly represents the sorry state of the country's Internet service providers... in short, it good as nothing. their standard room with queen size bed was quite spacious, the bed and pillows were comfortable. there were no power outlets near the headboard so you have to charge your phone near the tv. they offer a buffet breakfast which will be pretty decent if you are just staying for a day. otherwise, you will be facing with just a variation of the previous menu. for dinner, i will just recommend that you walk a few meters towards the capital and dine at akean restaurant, a better alternative. for housekeeping, they will not readily maintain your room nor provide service water unless you request then to do so, at least in my experience. overall, i will rate this a 3/5. it's a pretty decent and convenient option if you are just looking for a nice, short period stay.

On a recent business trip to Kalibo, we stayed in this hotel for a week. The hotel is situated along a major road not too far from the airport and the town proper. Restaurants, shops and the church are a few minutes away by tricycle. Rooms in this hotel are very spacious. I was given one of the De Luxe rooms which had a balcony, giving more room to move around in. The room and bathrooms are clean, sheets smell and feel good, towels are plush and the bed had good mattress. However, blankets are not ample as these are thin cotton sheets, lacking the fleece blankets that would have given more warmth when one sleeps. It would be good to have these fleece blankets with the cotton sheets to complete the beddings. Staff have been very, very nice and efficient. Courteous and always pleasant, well groomed and always ready to serve. Rooms with the balconies are best since this gives more room and provides more natural light into the room. Though the hotel does not have a scenic view to offer, the balcony is always a welcome treat. However, it may be best to advice the concierge to place you in a room that is not beside one of the rooms occupied by the flight attendants who are frequent guests of the hotel. This is because some of these guests treat the rooms and balconies like their own home space and have drinks, music and a little party late into the night, oblivious of the other guests. Of the 6 nights we stayed, 2 of the nights had such parties on 2 different occasions, with 2 different parties, from 2 different rooms. And it seems, this is tolerated by the hotel to the detriment of the other guests that are unfortunate to be placed right beside these guests. It would be a good suggestion to have these guests hold their little parties in the ground floor lanai instead of the balconies so they do not disturb the other guests. Overall, the hotel is a good place to stay in. The staff makes one feel at home. The breakfast buffet though may need to be more consistent and can do away with the hotdog and luncheon meat. Less processed meat would make it much, much better, which they have on other days with offerings such as dried fish, congee, meat hash. Other fruit choices would also be welcome aside from the bananas, and brewed coffee would also be a most welcome treat instead of the instant coffee.

We were with a team for business and held a seminar in this hotel: +++ convenient location; +++++ very friendly staff; +++ Clean rooms; ----- NO TEA for breakfast (I dunno why simple teabags could not be served at breakfast, only horrible powdered coffee); --- conference/meeting hall is on top (4th) floor, but no elevator, not convenient for some elderly and PWDs.

Not for from Kalibo airport, so quite convinient when you arrive late night. Polite staff and good breakfasts. Had some problems with WI-FI but for 1 night stay its not so much important. So can recommend to take it on the way to Boracay.
