i don't know how it can be so high rated. it doesnt diserve 3 stars, max 1 or 2. first the "clean towels" in our room were full of stains, and smelled bad like someone wipe ass and never changed. the room smelled of mold and bad like wasnt open for months, took over 4 hours get stench away the window wooden curtain was broke the cr door was missing a lock and cr itself was very small, for a foreigner barely place to sit, hardly to up and wipe. walls paper thin, hard sleep hearing whtever neighbours were doing. dozens of moskitos inside passing by air vents... horrible wifi signal, very slow and unstable at building 1 room 112. shower head was dirty and half it holes were stuck reducing water stream to a cat piss. never to stay again only good thing was the aircon and hot water + good beds

Stayed only one night thank God. This hotel is very outdated and getting old, not maintenance. The room was not clean very well and had a bit of an old smell. Would not stay again. The staff are very nice but unfortunately the hotel has gone down hill.

We stayed here because I just wanted to get out of the house, (we're locals) and book a hotel with a pool so we can swim but we were very disappointed. The swimming pool had those black worms (I took a photo of it) so instead of swimming in the pool, I ended up just sitting in the pool with my feet on the floor. And there were also this bugs that bite you in the pool which where so itchy. On top of that, there were only 2 pillows on the bed so if you are travelling as a couple, you are gonna have to pay an extra 50 pesos for an extra pillow. And the weirdest thing of all, this is literally the only hotel I have ever been my entire life that did not serve coffee in the morning. I asked the receptionist if they had coffee or something and they told me they did not have coffee. The only thing I would say is acceptable was the cleanliness of the room. They have clean rooms and it smells good specially when you enter the room for the first time.

I have been staying at Marzon Kalibo Hotel almost every year. Sometimes with my husband or with my 2 sons. My last stay was last Oct 2019. I stayed for 4 days to 10 days every time or sometimes more. Marzon hotel is like a home for me when I am in Kalibo. The hotel is number one in cleanliness, the staff are very accommodating and efficient. The breakfast are just right it could be improve but most of all is their restaurant. I love having my late lunch at Cafe latte and occasionally invites my family for dinner . The restaurant caters for fussy eaters and the food are just excellent. Keep up the good service guys!,, Happy Christmas.

This hotel was our home away from home for a week while we were visiting family in Aklan. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and updated. And the rooms are large and well appointed. The free breakfast is very good and the cakes in The coffee shop were very good. We were able to sample them all during our stay. The hotel was convenient for visiting family in Belete and Tangalan and is very close to the airport. It is also close to downtown but not caught up in the congestion of all the traffic. A great place to stay in Kalibo.

Our family booked 2 rooms at the hotel for 2 nights. The hotel includes great accomodation although we were first skeptical with the open bathroom layout but it was actually efficient to use; having a separate toilet and shower. To add to this, the room has strong water flow rate. Clean bathrooms, good ventilation, good nights' sleep, and close to the airport. A great plus is the cafe : Latte Coffee shop, a walking distance to the hotel and they also serve in the hotel. Their cakes are a must try!
