We stayed here because I just wanted to get out of the house, (we're locals) and book a hotel with a pool so we can swim but we were very disappointed. The swimming pool had those black worms (I took a photo of it) so instead of swimming in the pool, I ended up just sitting in the pool with my feet on the floor. And there were also this bugs that bite you in the pool which where so itchy. On top of that, there were only 2 pillows on the bed so if you are travelling as a couple, you are gonna have to pay an extra 50 pesos for an extra pillow. And the weirdest thing of all, this is literally the only hotel I have ever been my entire life that did not serve coffee in the morning. I asked the receptionist if they had coffee or something and they told me they did not have coffee. The only thing I would say is acceptable was the cleanliness of the room. They have clean rooms and it smells good specially when you enter the room for the first time.

I have been staying at Marzon Kalibo Hotel almost every year. Sometimes with my husband or with my 2 sons. My last stay was last Oct 2019. I stayed for 4 days to 10 days every time or sometimes more. Marzon hotel is like a home for me when I am in Kalibo. The hotel is number one in cleanliness, the staff are very accommodating and efficient. The breakfast are just right it could be improve but most of all is their restaurant. I love having my late lunch at Cafe latte and occasionally invites my family for dinner . The restaurant caters for fussy eaters and the food are just excellent. Keep up the good service guys!,, Happy Christmas.

This hotel was our home away from home for a week while we were visiting family in Aklan. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and updated. And the rooms are large and well appointed. The free breakfast is very good and the cakes in The coffee shop were very good. We were able to sample them all during our stay. The hotel was convenient for visiting family in Belete and Tangalan and is very close to the airport. It is also close to downtown but not caught up in the congestion of all the traffic. A great place to stay in Kalibo.

Our family booked 2 rooms at the hotel for 2 nights. The hotel includes great accomodation although we were first skeptical with the open bathroom layout but it was actually efficient to use; having a separate toilet and shower. To add to this, the room has strong water flow rate. Clean bathrooms, good ventilation, good nights' sleep, and close to the airport. A great plus is the cafe : Latte Coffee shop, a walking distance to the hotel and they also serve in the hotel. Their cakes are a must try!

Unhappy with the way the management charges for every thing. You ask for extra towels or pillows they charge you and would need approval from the front desk yet they didn't even deliver what you asked for. They need an elevator for the other building because its heavy too tedious to carry all your luggages. Its loud there also because you can hear the bar next door at night and constructions in the morning. If you ask for assistance you have to carry your luggage through the winding stairs have to wait a while. They don't clean the room daily. The bathroom faces your bedroom so it stinks whoever you have to do your business and sometimes its clogged. The front desk doesn't even look up to you and are always busy looking at something to give you some courtesy. They should have free breakfast if booked through Agoda because its convenient booking through Agoda and you pretty much pay the same price. Also they don't check room availability if booked through Agoda or 3rd party they would give you a different room if your room is no longer available. They should not be in the hotel business if they keep doing this.

This hotel is probably one of the best hotels in Kalibo. It hardly has any frill and the a/c could be cooler but for the price one cannot complain. It is not in the city proper but close to it. If you want a strong massage I recommend Mary in their spa. They also have a large swimming pool you can do laps in
