Welcome : never met anyone on Welcome, got my key from outside safe.
Room: small and basic, plenty of power points, and fantastic wi-fi ( room 2) absolutely spotless, nice towels n plenty storage space.
Facilities : coffee making facilities n kitchen/breakfast area.
Breakfast : lovely continental breakfast nice breads etc.. and the coffee is fantastic.
Check out : guy on reception was fab, friendly flexible and accommodating.
