New very clean rooms, very friendly staff, great food and cold beer. Spotless restaurant and good prices, very relaxing no pressure to do outings or diving, easy snorkelling to the sardines, free drinking water. We had the best massages every day from Carmen and lim who fixed every sore stiff muscle.

We were the first to reach the resort through our agent WildDive after some of the resorts at MoalBoal were destroyed in the last severe typhoon.
The place turned out to be a very good recommendation, comfortable, organized and well organized for Scuba Diving.
Large rooms, great staff and services, a professionally organized and comfortable diving club, drinking water in every corner and magical dives (Pescador Island – WOW !!)
The kitchen staff is prepared for almost any request and does its best to add to the enjoyment.
We have stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every moment and every dive, highly recommend !!!

What a fabulous place to stay! The staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful, organising a half day snorkelling tour for us, and catering to our needs in the kitchen. The buffet breakfast was varied each morning and very good for the inclusive price.
The rooms were clean and updated, with good plumbing and whisper-quiet air-conditioning.
The location is a short walk from the main street which means that it is quieter than many other places, with less noise at night. It made for a serene and relaxing few days.
There is easy snorkelling on the reef just in front of the resort, with equipment available for hire from the dive shop on the premises. A little swim North brings you to Turtle Point where you can see turtles at high tide.
Sunset each night is visible from the infinity pool and the various lounges and seating at the resort, often with a refreshing sea breeze.
The mango shakes are superb!
Thank you to the staff for a most enjoyable time.
We will definitely be back next time we visit Moalboal. 😊

We spent a long weekend at the Cebu Seaview Resort early March. It was a delayed Christmas Trip with my two ladies. We are from Dumaguete, on the neighboring Island of Negros Oriental.
I wanted to bring my ladies to Moalboal to see something different after being locked up on the Island for almost 1.5years, knowing each nudibranch of the area by its nickname. The only thing we organized was the RoRo to the Island of Cebu. Everything else was organized by the resort.
Booking: Painless! I send a message what I want, got a quotation the next day with various options and suggestions, all clearly explained. I decided for one package including room, diving and breakfast and transfer from the port to resort and back.
Transfer: very convenient. Driver called us, that he is waiting at the port. Clean van, good driver who did his job well. (Some drivers in the Philippines will chew your ear off, when you really just want to get from A to B)
Resort: pretty new. Everything well maintained and logically designed. Several water dispensers around the place. Could use a bit grass here and there, but that is critics on a level, if there is nothing else to criticize.
Room: We had the premium room with veranda, facing garden and ocean. Good bed mattress, very silent aircon, mini ref, water heater, plenty of storage space and a lot of power outlets. Each diver with a camera knows, that this is at most places a pain in the b_, to get all your stuff charged. NOT at Cebu Seaview!
Restaurant: Menu was still limited after the typhoon. However, everything available was tasty and it is enough diversity to feed a family over a long weekend with yummy food. Several restaurants in walking distance.
Dive Operation (Cebu Fun Divers): Professional Operation with good rental equipment of what I saw. We had our own gear. Dive Crew is well trained and gives you a hand if needed. Dive Master did a good job, while we are easy to guide anyway.
Diving: While there is some bad damage in the shallow reefs, along the walls like below 10 meters things are much better. The Sardine-ball is spectacular anyway and turtles are that many, that one needs to push them out of the way (just kidding). Highlight was of course the whale shark at Pescador, which was swimming with us first on 20 meters for a bit and then swimming 30 minutes around our boat after the dive, which gave us plenty of time to snorkel with it and taking videos.
Overall, we had a fantastic time and if I see my two ladies happy and smiling, I am happy and smile. And smiling, they did a lot !!!

Great place to escape the city and everyday stress. Finally got to make a visit/vacation with all the craziness in today’s world. Cebu Seaview is the perfect place to just relax, de stress and decompress. Hotel accommodations, pool, bar, and staff are wonderful. The menu is superb with a variety not often seen away from the larger towns. Great dives and dive shop. It’s not my first visit and certainly not my last. Always feels like coming home.
I really enjoyed that it is located in one of the last quiet areas on the beach. Just a short walk takes you to all the action without the noise being near the hotel. To me this is really a great combination. Being able to sleep well before a day of diving is really an added bonus.
I already can’t wait till my next visit.

We booked the rooms directly with the resort and paid cash upon check out. Hezeil was quick with her response to all my emails
We stayed at the King Room with Sea View. The room was nice and spacious with a balcony overlooking the sea and where we could dry our wet swim suits and stuff. The AC, water heater and wifi worked well and there was a safe box. We did not request for room cleaning throughout our stay. There was a water cooler outside our room to top up our water bottle.
The resort breakfasts were good and we had dinner there too. They packed for us breakfast sandwiches which were delicious, as we had to leave very early 1 morning for an activity. Must try their mango shake.
The resort is right on the beach and we saw guests snorkelling and divers walking towards the sea doing their night dives straight from the beach. Around the resort, there were nice sitting areas where you could relax, admire beautiful sunsets and you could also see Pescador Island. We were not divers but observed that the dive center looked very well equipped.
We enjoyed our stroll to the centre which was a short 10 minutes walk. Along the way, there were many restaurants, laundry shops, ATMs and many tour operators. We felt safe all the time even in the night after dinner. The resort is conveniently located in a peaceful quiet private corner and yet not too far from the centre.
We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Fantastic resort for divers and non divers also. We spent several days here. I loved chilling at the pool while my partner dived. He had a great time diving and got to see really cool marine creatures. All of the staff were very welcoming and friendly as well as being efficient and providing a good prompt service. There's a very nice vibe around the place. We enjoyed sitting at the bar for a few drinks in the evening - a beautiful location to watch the sunset. The pool was the cleanest pool I've ever seen! It was a delight to chill in under the scorching sun, while overlooking the deep blue sea. The room was a great size, good AC, good shower with good water pressure. The room and the resort in general was spotless. The main area for restaurants and bars is a short walk but the resort also organized transport for us when we were feeling a bit lazy! We couldn't fault any of it. Paul, the resort manager, is an excellent asset to the business. Thanks for your memorable hospitality!

We stayed (group of five) here for almost three weeks and were made really welcome. Everything from the diving with the experienced guides, the relaxed atmosphere, the friendly and very helpful staff, suggestions and help with the occasional day trip made this a really enjoyable holiday. First class amenities (Restaurant, dive-shop, rooms and the small bar) round everything off. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday then I highly recommend the Cebu Seaview Dive Resort... it was a bit sad leaving after the times we had, but we are definitely planning to go again when the situation lets us.
