Native House Resort in Moalboal is located at the southern end of Panagsama Beach. The place reopened in November 2019, after being completely renovated. Bright, comfortable rooms have private bathrooms with warm showers and terraces overlooking a swimming pool. We offer two types of room: Superior double rooms are equipped with aircondition, television and refrigerator, Standard double rooms have a ceiling fan. Breakfast is included. A big private swimming pool, surrounded with palm trees is the highlight of the resort. The beach is just 50 meters from resort. A variety of water sport activities is at the tip of your fingers – also the coral reef of Pescador island can be reached easily. Canyoning in Kawasan falls and whale shark watching watching in Oslob are among favourite activities in the area. Hiking to the top of Osmena peak, cycling, horseback riding and archery are also among activities that can be found close by. The famous nightlife center of Moalboal is just 10 minute walk from the resort.

The hotel is located on the road down of the Main Street, for that reason the place is very quiet compared to the ones on the avenue, but you can reach bars and restaurants within a short walk. The room was clean, it’s not a fancy place but comfortable enough. The owner Igor, was very attentive to us all the time and that really was a highlight. He was very helpful to arrange the tour for us.

I’m had a fabulous stay here in native house. Marithchel is a fabulous host and made sure we had a fabulous time when we are here. Great location and walking distance to the sea. They also have an amazing swimming pool located in the resort. Clean and cozy rooms. Will highly recommended if you stay here in Moalboal.

Location is perfect, close to the beach with sardines and to restaurants and bars, the atmosphere in the resort is chill. Igor gave us great suggestions how to spend the days in the best way, he also arranges different tours around the Island (canyoneering, whale whatching, etc.) We rented a motorbike there. Really appreciated the full to full gas tank policy - as you don't need to worry about the nearest gas statiin and how much gas you need. Igor and staff, I wish you all the best!

Native House has a lot going on for it in a very positive way: Great location Very clean Awesome host Quiet location Beautiful pool Igor made sure that everything was perfect. He arranged a taxi from Cebu Airport that was ready as we walked out and got us to the hotel where he greeted us. Everyday the staff took care of us and Igor spent time talking with us and providing advice on where to go and what to see. We ended up spending evenings with Igor getting to know him and other traveler's. To sum it up, I would recommend native house to everyone!

Simple, but extremely clean and confortable. Perfect location! Igor, the manager, is very kind, and the Cooker make a fantastic curry! Its a small resort, friendly and near the Beach. You can Swim with turtles and sardines in a walking distante.

This is by far the most beautiful place I have ever stayed in. Really amzing, location is awesome and the owner Igor is literally the best owner ever. He and his staff are incredibly helpful and fun to be around. I will come again :)

Brand new place very close to the beach and the action on panagsama beach but the stonethrow distance makes it very quiet and laid back. The pool is big and clean and the garden well maintained. Breakfast in included, simple but tasty. The owner Igor and staff are nice and will help you with everything during your stay (e.g. motorbike rental or tours). Ive been in Moalboal a few times now, but this is the best place ive been so far. I would stay here again when I come back. Thanks Igor & staff of Native House Resort! See you next time.

Clean friendly helpful and in great location! I didn't want to leave and easily my favorite place I stayed in the Philippines. Only a few minutes walk from local beach where you can do snorkeling with sardines turtles etc shops restaurants and stunning sunsets.

Native house resort is a place that you dont want to leave. With relaxed, quiet atosphere, clean rooms, refreshing pool, delicious breakfasts and very friendly stuff is defenitley a place to be! Few minutes walk (50m) from the beach and party scene. I highly recomend! 😉

We stay in native house resort 5 days, and i remeber yust good times there.The boos andd others are so kind and friendly, resort is nice and clean,is located in good quiet place close to corral reef, where you can snorkel with sardins.they serve good breakfast, and u can use bbq there also. i am sure to come back there!good and nice place for families with swimming pool for a good price.
