Overall the hotel was quite nice. My only real complaint is that its too far from the beach so you have to take a trike there and back anytime you want to go. On the flip side its right next to the bus station so that made it nice when we got in super late. Beyond that it seemed fine. Definitely not a luxury hotel, but also not sure what people are expecting in this area..? We found it clean, comfy, and reasonable.

Stayed at this Hotel 8 days. Checking in : just payed cash. Very efficient.Take 1 minute. No lift ,but my heavy suitcase was at the room ,at the 1st floor in 10 seconds. Very clean room with silent airco.Big bathroom with hot shower. Could do with a bathmat outside. The floor is polished wood, very nice but slippery . Great view to a large and wel maintained swimmingpool. As bonus clean spapool adjacent. Buffet breakfast is good and ample but not arriving late. There is no breakfast cereal. Dinner : good variety but there could be a bit of a wait . On Sunday there is only 1cook. Pool is very well maintained and clean. Tricicles are at the gate and take you everywhere. Starting from PHP 100.

We stayed in this hotel last December 2019..room 203,budget room..this time we booked the twin deluxe room which is the most expensive room. When we checked in,they give us the room no.204, and we went to the room, but came to our surprise that it’s the identical room we stayed last December..and it was a budget room..we make a big fuss and ask for the police..they finally returned the money and were left with no room and heavy luggage in our hand.

This hotel is a pretty good one. Location is good as bus stops nearby and just walk up. The best thing to do is the canyoneering which can book with hotel! I was thinking I would be scared and not do the big jumps but I completed all! The pool is good but need more sunbeds! The breakfast is pretty good.

Good things in this hotel: 1. Nice scooter rental with a reasonable pricing. 2. Gave a perfect guide for a canyoneering activity with reasonable pricing. Things to improved: 1. Staffs were looking not friendly. Lacking of hospitality management. Should smile and greet first the guest, some of them will just look at you when you will say hi and hello. 2. Very poor pillow. Can’t imagine to sleep on such a very thin pillow even if I will use two pillows at the same time. Asked for additional pillow and they said no availability. 3. Blanket, made me really surprised with this hotel. Asked for a pillow and what they had given was a curtain to use as an additional pillow. It’s not even clearly a blanket. 4.. Breakfast buffet in numbers and quality was poor. 5. Poor hygiene, saw a staff at the restaurant picked up the fallen spoon and put it together with the clean utensils. 6. Lack of hygienic cleaning in the bathroom. 7. Not doing the room service for cleaning 8. Wifi was very poor and hard to get a signal. 9. View out of the window had some trash and it’s within the vicinity of the hotel. 10. Wrong positioning of the A/C, should not be directly in contact to head. 11. No small night table beside the bed. 12. Shower positioning was not really good. It will make the whole bathroom area get wet.

Pontos positivos: Quarto moderno e espaçoso. Staff bastante simpático e disponível. Piscina grande e com espreguiçadeiras suficientes. Boa localização, transportes e um supermercado grande perto. Pontos negativos: Pequeno almoço muito limitado.

Stayed here for a week in October in a twin room. This place was great value for the money (approx $NZ40 per night including breakfast). The hotel is quite new and very clean and modern by Philippine standards. The pool is huge and we used it a lot given how hot it was. The staff were mostly friendly and the breakfast was good by local standards (mostly Philippine dishes). We ate in the restaurant on a few occasions for dinner as well and the prices and food were good. As long as you remember this is the Philippines you will be happy with this spot.

The best thing about the hotel was its location being within five minutes walk of where buses stop in Moalboal. Checking in was incredibly fast and simple. They just took a peek at my passport and gave the keys. The room was roomy, quiet and the wifi and air conditioned worked perfectly. My only complaint was the shower which did not have hot water. There's a water heater but it didn't work. Since I was there only one night, I didn't bother asking staff for help.

Stayed for a weekend and found it to be pleasant enough. Staff were very good and the room was clean. I booked a basic room, I would have liked a small fridge to be able to keep a drink cold, I was surprised it didn't have one... I found it very central in the town of Moalboal which was what I wanted...
