I'm lucky to have stayed here.. the kind lady boss resurrected my mobile phone and brought it back to life :D Always keep your phone dry at the beach :p Excellent safe location, not too noisy yet close to all the nice cafes and beach where you can do the turtle and sardine run. They can arrange good deals for airport pickup from Cebu and all sorts of day trips like whale shark snorkelling, osmena peak etc. Highly recommended!

The owners could not have been more friendly and accommodating. Rented a scooter from them as well. Room was clean and comfy, great AC and nice ceiling fan as well. Loved the veranda for evening glass of wine. I will be back and look forward to staying here again.
You could not find a better owner operator and nicer family... the staff was all so nice. Happy 2020 Max and family.. see you next year.

The accommodation is very nice, clean, spacious and have great provisions! The staffs are pleasant and entertained all my queries and requests! Though the place is not fronting the beach, everything is within reach and accessible to anything.

Clean hotel rooms with very friendly staff. Nice peaceful grounds. Pickleball court outside which is often played by locals but you can likely catch a game.
The location is very good in terms close to snorkelling locations and a little strip with bar/restaurants.
The drains smelled bad and the curtains were not big enough to cover the window, allowing lots of light in.

Lovely stay at a very affordable price.. Very clean rooms, good pressure of water, excellent unlimited data internet, and a kitchenette with a view.. What more could you ask for. Highly recommend this place.

The rooms are super comfortable, the bathroom is especially nice. Provided soap and shampoo. We only stayed one night but really enjoyed ourselves and would diffidently come back. We had rooms in the back which was perfectly quiet and relaxing. We could ride our bikes right up to the rooms. Places to hang wet clothes in also nice.
They have free hot water and coffee packs etc and free cold water available at all times. This makes life easy as we can't drink the tap water.... They also have beers available in small fridge so you can relax at the hotel with a cold brew.
Owner is super nice as is staff. Close to all.

The location is just off a side road from Panagsama beach so location is good for everything.
Good - hotel is good and nice enough though there is building work going on. Enquire as to which room you pick / pay for. Ours internally was good but it was tucked in a corner so had constant water from the air con outside our door, and no outside seating or drying area. There was also motorbike parking right outside which was noisy. There were nicer ones but they cost more. That said the value was good. 3 stars is fair for cost to room.

My friend and I were travelling to Cebu around Christmas and NYE planning our trip along the way.. we met Max and Marize(the hosts) from suggestions we got along the way.. and I’m so glad that we follow this suggestions and went to Beyond Island in Moalboal! The structure is one of the best in the area in my opinion!! Everything is pretty new and clean!! We were supposed to spend one night there and ended up staying for the whole trip! Max and Marize really makes you feel home!! They are amazing hosts and they helped us a lot with suggestions and everything!
If you pass by Moalboal I strongly recommend you to stay at Beyond Island, you won’t regret it and I’m sure you’ll want to go back!!

My Fiance and I stayed here for a total of three nights the room was clean and the shower was really good! They had bike rental here also! The only thing that’s stopping at getting five stars was the water dispenser was broken (the buttons) and it made it really hard to get hot water for coffee in the morning, and it was empty a few of the times.
