We spent 2 great days diving with Jeff and Aileen. They are passionate about their jobs and we had an incredible experience with the sardine run. It’s one of my best dive experience for the moment! They take also security seriously.

We just came back from a family vacation at the Asian Belgian Dive resort in Moalboal were our whole family learned how to dive including our 8 year old who took advantage of the Bubbles program. It was an amazing experience, in a clean comfortable resort, the staff and the instructor made us feel like family and eased all of us into this new fantastic sport. Stephen Burning the head instructor transmitted passion and calm, Lyn and Kevin our two instructors transmitted both calm and passion and we loved diving with dive master jeff who, despite 1000 dives a year, still hates missing out on a single night dive for the fear of missing some amazing encounter. I really could not recommend this team any more... they are competent, professional, caring and fun. We can’t wait to go back!

We came for only one dive as walk-ins (no time left for more). There is a restaurant outside where we could sit and enjoy great calamansi juice and tasty ice cream while having a great view over the ocean. We would have loved to stay here as guests but already had a booking without possibility to cancel. We met Steve, the main dive responsible person for all diving activities in this resort. We asked him for a dive on the next day. Although he was nearly fully booked he managed a dive for us. On the next day we arrived early to enjoy some more food before our dive. There were a lot of dive students at that moment but still everything was running smoothly and everybody was friendly and welcoming. Jeff, our dive guide, helped us with the equipment and guided us to a lovely dive at the house reef. The reef was great, we even saw a turtle and Jeff was an excellent dive guide. After an hour we got out of the water. Unfortunately we were running a bit late and had an appointment to meet so we could not stay there for the deco-beer. Next time we definitely would do so... Thanks to Jeff and thanks to Steve! Even though it was only one dive we really enjoyed it here. If we come back to Moalboal we will definitely stay with you guys!

We stayed here one night, as we wanted to get away as soon as possible. When we arrived the staff was not friendly and helpfull, we were ignored the first period until we went to get someone. We got the worst room, being a very old crappy room underneath the room of the owners family, it was very noisy and we heard kids screaming and running around in the evening. We asked for a different room, which we luckily got, but the aircon in this room made so much noise that we couldn't let it on at night leading to many mosquito bites for both of us (white beach is covered with mosquitos, compared with the south part of the moalboal coast). I would definitely recommend to check the room before you book as you will understand what we mean.

So We stayed in this crappy place with my kids. I booked thru booking.com because the ads frm the place looks nice so i decided to book for 2 NIGHTS. Lesson learned before booking your stay Look for reviews! Ok so We stayed in a room with No tv, clogged toilet, dirty sink, and the following day they hve this so called announced no electricity. Pls note that they dont have a standby generator, and with no electricity we dont have water in the toilet in our room for one whole day, take note we have 2 kids with us! Restaurant is pricey and food is not great at all and the serving does not compensate the price! And They have this big scary dog roaming around the place making my kids scared to explore on the crappy resort! They dont even have a receptionist! You have to go to their resto to ask for something that you need! When we arrived i even went out of the car and looked for someone to assist us because their parking space was full at that time and they dont have a security on standby. The place is not even accessible! It is far from the main roads!

You should always start with the positive: The resort benefits in any case from the house reef ! Until now we havn't seen such a reef where you can watch turtles every day. It just seems to be a good place for diving, because also from other places the ships come to the reef. It is also a great place for snorkeling. You just have to dare to swim further out. The view from the room (Dolphin) was also sensational. Now to the negative: Unfortunately, the resort looks unkempt and everything is very worn out. Deckchairs rusty, plastic loungers will probably never have felt a sponge, safe in the room defective, TV defective, shower / bath so dirty that one did not want to touch anything, various light switches defective. With the price (most expensive accommodation on the Philippines!) you can expect more.

This place was absolutely amazing, I can't recommend them enough. The room was lovely- big with air con. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the views are stunning. This place will make your holidays. It made our holiday. They even helped us with tours, taxis and when we needed to contact a taxi we left something in the taxi. A massive thanks to all the team there. Sharon

We chose the hotel more or less randomly and were positively surprised by the resort. Very kind staff, always trying to do the best for the guests. We decided to do our Open Water Diver here and don’t become disappointed. Steve and his team were not only relaxed and funny, they also gave us a feeling of safety the whole time. We mastered the course in two days and enjoyed the dives within the different spots around the resort. Very nice views from the resort, unfortunately no beach and pool, but stunning sunsets and very nice rooms for Philippine standard and the price per night. Food also - especially compared to what we experienced in the Philippines so far - quite good and fresh, but bring time when ordering your meals. Prices for meals are not the cheapest, but overall a really good and uncomplicated choice for a great stay! Thanks a lot :-)
