We had a lovely stay here, the room was very spacious and was clean. The staff easily organised a motorbike for us to rent during our stay which was great. I would recommend getting a bike as it makes getting around so much easier! The room wasn’t cleaned once in the few days we were there but I’m sure they would have if we asked them to. Really good stay. Thank you :)

Has a great stay here, warmly welcomed, amazing huge double room and wonderful breakfast. The place is quite far from the main town but the quality of the rooms definitely made up for this! My partner had a bad ear infection when we were there and the staff were fantastic. They took us to their local doctor who was able to prescribe some painkillers. We also had to cancel some activities which they did free of charge under the circumstances. Would definitely recommend it and would love to come back one day!

Stayed for 2 nights while in Moalboal. Rooms are quite different vs what you see on booking web pages. Be aware that the rooms are not cleaned daily and the hotel is around 2km from beach area and where all restaurants are so will have to take motorbikes or tricycle to get there (cost around 100pesos one way). Our room didn’t have a fridge - actually it looked like someone took it out from the closet. Also small kitchenette had only 2 tea cups and 2 glasses with a bunch of empty closets (not sure what is their purpose). Internet connection solid with nice terrace in front of room area.

Ralph’s pensione house was just fine. The rooms are huge and they are clean they have good ac, hot water showers and clean linen and towels. We found the staff to be very cheerful and friendly, they even invited us to join in their private Christmas party, just bring a cheap gift 150-200 pesos. For joining their party they gave us beer and invited us to eat first from the feast of many Philippine delicacies including letchon. Not much to see or do in Maolbaol town especially at Christmas but white beach is ok and only a short ride away on a bike or tricycle where there are plenty of bars, hotels, restaurants and dive shops. Rooms were very cheap also.

I travel for business and pleasure. This Very dirty place! And service not good compared to other places I go. Staff is rude and did not help me when I ask for help. I Do Not recommend this place. Far from the beach and inconvenient. Not worth the money they charge me. Bad place.

Me and my 4 friends were traveling around Cebu and last stop before taking a flight to another island was Moalboal town. So we arrived there on the 8th of Sep and stayed until the 10th. So when we arrived they were preparing for the wedding the next day, so we were not that important for them, however that's fine I have done the booking with booking.com with the charge of P6500. Some reason they didn't have our booking and the owner raised the price to almost P7000. We had to find the email from booking.com so we wouldn't pay extra money. About the owner who is the most arrogant lady we ever met, although she is Filipino and clearly she knows a lot about the country she was helpless for us and staff barely spoke English so we had big issue with that. For instance considering the hotel, location is kinda far from all the beaches, on breakfast table they brought out of date pineapple, there was so room service in those three days, towels unchanged, rubbish full, bedsheets unchanged why that's a problem because it was 4 of us in the room, an it was just messy. Another thing which really annoyed me was the fact that our dear landlord was going to Cebu city by car the day we were going as well and wasn't even bothered to ask whether we want to joint because she knew we will be going that side.

Spacious room, with hot and cold shower and parking area. Our room was 1,680 (1,500 room +180 VAT) and breakfast is 150/head. Room would be cheaper if you book online (tripadvisor, booking, agoda or hotels) and I think it comes with a free breakfast. This was unplanned out of town so we don't have time to search and book.
