Pescadores provides an ambiance that would greatly help you relieve stress from city life. The place has a FREE wifi. 😍 Games availability. There are card games, billiard set and retro games available for every guests. We played EXPLODING KITTENS.
Nice budget hotel. We were 7 of us, stayed 4 nights. The snorkeling in the house reef about 20m away was very good. The hotel recommended Nelson's Dive shop for our Diving which a great experience as well. The location is good, small walking lane (behind the hotel) leads to small stores and restaurants. 10 mins by scooter, you have the big supermarket. Great experience for the price paid.
Stayed here for a night with my colleagues. We were 9 in the room. There were 4 bunk beds and a folding bed. Each bed is big enough for 1 person. They have a swimming pool and an area for recreation. Game boards can be borrowed from the concierge free of charge. It was a comfortable stay. We set off for island hopping at 6:30 in the morning. Everything was already arranged by the concierge. I appreciated that they worked with the community by collaborating with local boatmen who took us around the different islands. I would not advise cooking food here. Though they have a common area where you may eat but I did not find a kitchen. They have a restaurant and there are a few others in the neighborhood.
I only stayed here for 1 night (only on a 6 day holiday in Philippines). This was the nicest staff we encountered at any hotel we stayed at in the Philippines. They were very helpful to arrange airport pickup, give advice on diving/snorkel sardines, and setup a driver for us the following day to take us to Osmena, Kawasan, and drop us off in Tanawan. The hotel also upgrade our room for the 1 night stay. This hotel sits right on the ocean, and Moalboal is a quiet little town, and you can walk down the little 'walking street' with some restaurants, dive shops, and a bar or two. Wish we could have stayed longer here.
Lovely staff, great location and super clean rooms. I loved to float in that beautiful swimming pool while watching the sunset at the sea. I mean, what a view! It's totally close to the sea and It even features Its own private entrance on it. I expected there was nothing to do in the evening but I found the pubs area Just 10 m walk away. Cool!! Highly recommended.
The place deserves the good reviews. I booked for two nights and asked them if they had any availability for the night before as it was fully booked online. They offered the so called reserve room, at the back, next to the laundry room, which was ok. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom was outside and kind of small. But it was perfectly fine for one night, also with a nice veranda and somehow offering more privacy. The sea view room was great too, bigger, even had a safety box. Well, you don’t really see the sea, unless you get room 101. Free water refill, free snorkelling equipment, including life jacket and shoes. Some of the snorkels are not in good shape, you need to try and change them until you find a good one. The place is perfect for snorkelling offshore.…
Booked via Airbnb Nigel Psalm’s. Website said villa was available then he said it wasn’t and gave me a room for same price ?? Only one electrical outlet in room. Front staff is friendly and helpful. They advertise on Airbnb but run it like a hotel - even asking for 1,000 peso deposit which is a no no under Airbnb. Nice local by beach - road leading up to it is terrible. Breakfast is only for two but is good.
Went there for a 2 nights 3 days stay. March1-3..Pescadores almost ruined our trip. Checked in to room107. Arrived at 6pm . Aircon not working!! . 2 hours of complaining as we are all dead tired from a long trip and they want to transfer us to the room atthe back of their hotel beside their laundry room. My god!We ask for a refund. Luckily we found yvonne apartelle at about 8pm we are all set to a room at yvonne’s. And had our dinner
We stayed in the villa which is next to a somewhat unkempt garden. The bathroom is badly designed with a small area next to the toilet being the shower. After a shower the toilet is invariably drenched. In our room the bathroom floor was not done properly and there was a permanent small pool of water on the floor which never got cleaned away. To get our room cleaned we had to ask them to do it every time. The pool area is nice and the glass bottom kayak was a lot of fun. We were told not to go towards the sardine area for some reason which put a damper on it. The kawasan fall tour was really not worth the money. What you get is the transport, a "guide", life jackets and the entrance paid with some food thrown in at the end. This was 1500 pesos per person. The guide didn't…
The Villa #1 is spacious and clean. The bedroom is the most spacious with a very comfortable mattress with nice pillows and sheets. The bathroom is clean with good cold and hot showers. The bathroom space just right (2 m x 4 m). The other room is a TV/Video room with a kitchenette. The cost of the Villa is quite a bargain. Over-all, we enjoyed stay in Moalboal with Pescadores Seaview Suites as our base.
