Nice place for sardine run and turtle watching. Place was clean and had all the basic amenities. Pool and beachfront facilities were nice also. The best part was the staff. They were all so nice and helpful. The free breakfast was a nice touch. They were also able to get you a ride by tricycle where you needed to go. Also free spring water in the reception area.

I loved how warm and their staff is. It's the perfect resort for a mix of rest, relaxation and adventure altogether. They have a game room. Perfect for barkadas or for siblings or colleagues who checks in at the resort. I was greeted with warms smiles when I arrived. Check-in process was smooth. Check-out process is a bit long though. The room I stayed in is their Tour room. It was clean. I loved my bed and pillows. Aircon, hot and cold shower, TV were working. I like that there are many outlets inside the room and that I could get refillable water at the lobby. My room has a terrace but the view of this particular room wasn't nice but it's okay. They have toiletries and towels. The only missing though is conditioner. Soap is too small over a day's use. Shower area doesn't have a cover so water splashes onto the outside tiles. During my return, I stayed in their villa room, there was no light outside the door so it was challenging to open at night. Villa room is nice too - it has bigger TV, a purifier and a small ref, which I didn't have in their Tour room. Bathroom needs provision for hanging towel near the shower area. No space to put our other toiletries. There was only a space for soap, so we had to put it on the tiles on the side. Regarding amenities, we like that the pool temperature is warm. However, the pool ladder is loose, which can be scary to use. I like that we can use their snorkeling equipment for free and the clear kayak boat is free too for 15 minutes. There's no beach front, as in sand on the beach for you to stay at. Just stairs directly to the water. Our comment regarding the restaurant, the spaghetti was soaky, wonton soup was bland and no fish options on the menu. But some of their food are okay. I hope instead of instant coffee, I can have the option to choose drip coffee or have more decent options in coffee (I was sad about it, as someone who's particular with her coffee). Hope they will have espresso-based coffee or at least brewed coffee available instead of just instant coffee. Internet connection is okay, it might not be quite fast enough for video meetings. I was advised DITO and Globe signal are good in the resort. But maybe it was only just inside my room. I haven't checked the internet speed outside. There's live band after/during dinner time. The group who sang on our stay on the 29th wasn't so good but the one weekend prior was great. During my return, they prepared a small welcome back surprise for me. I felt so special. I really appreciated it. You can also request for them to prepare a small surprise for couples (ie., anniversary). The staff remembers returning guest too! I was also surprised to receive a returning guest voucher (free 1 whole pizza and a pitcher of iced tea - can only be claimed within my stay). The sunset in Pescadores is beautiful too! Overall, my stay was very good. I would still love to come back and will look forward to their improvements and future success. I would also like to commend their staff, Angel. Her service stood out. Thank you, Angel.

During our 2-night trip we were very disappointed. We booked 2 rooms under Deluxe Queen and both rooms have no water supply in the sink. Also, you need to wait for a long time for the toilet flush tank to be filled up so you can flush again. I raised this concern the ff day at 6am and asked their staff to fix it while we were away. After we came back at around 3pm, the problem is still the same. We just finished canyoneering and we want to freshen up but low and behold there was no water running in the sink. We asked again their staff to fix it and at around 5-6pm they came and tried to fix it. After an hour, the staff left our room saying its fix already and they will just need to adjust their pump outside the room. After 5-10 mins, I tried to opened the faucet in the sink but there was still no water. We called their attention again and asked for their manager to fix this problem. After talking to the manager, around 40 mins the problem was fixed. It was already past 9pm. This experience was very disappointing and horrible! Please do not book this hotel. Both rooms that we booked have no water supply in the sink. We wasted a lot time raising this issue when water and toilet are just basic necessities.

We would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your recent stay with us regarding the water issue. We understand how important it is to have access to reliable water supply, and we are truly sorry for falling short of your expectations in this regard. During the day of you check in, it was really bad timing that the water line had problems there and then. We immediately worked on the issue and had a temporary supply during the day and it was such unfortunate timing that when you came back by 3pm it was the same time we were connecting the new pipeline supply on that day. Please rest assured that we took your feedback seriously and it was just an unfortunate incident which we did not expect and rest assured we took steps to ensure that such issues do not occur again in the future. We have already addressed the root cause of the water issue and have taken measures to prevent it from happening again. We also apologize for any disruption this may have caused to your stay and we will do everything we can to make it right for you. We truly value your patronage and hope that you will give us the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing slow internet as Philippines is ranked one of the slowest. Slow internet can be frustrating and can impact your ability to work, study, or stay connected with friends and family. The lack of infrastructure and limitations in bandwidth in the province is out of our control even though we already got 2 internet providers subscribed but still would get some disconnections in the area. We are waiting for our Starlink device to arrive this month for us to integrate to our system and with high hopes solve our problem with this. We ill look into the shower concern of the room. Our front desk is open 24 hours and they will gladly assist you on your concerns during your stay

Location was good around an 8 minute walk to the main strip. We arrived late and were given room 109. This room was terrible, extremely noisy and spelt of mould. The next day we were moved to room 300 which although was smaller was much better as could open for fresh air. We arrived at 8.40pm and the receptionist confirmed the restaurant of the hotel closed at 10pm but last order was 9pm. We headed straight to the restaurant at 8.45pm and was advised that it was closed. After 10hours travelling we were hoping they could have accommodated us given that we were advised 9pm was last order! Upon checkout I was asked for my opinion and raised this to only be told last order was 8pm. This needs to be communicated to all staff and also update on literature if that's the case. Bed was very hard but this is a personal preference I guess. They gave us a 30min kayak voucher however didn't manage to use it.

It's great to hear that the location of the hotel was convenient for you. During that time the room had some troubles and we apologize for that and move you to an alternative room right away. We have also corrected our staff for this concern on the restaurant as this was a mistake at our end. For the kayak, it was during your stay that there were strong waves and the coast guard in the vicinity advised not to do water activities for the safety of the guest. With a heavy heart, we were not able to make your stay enjoyable and with these factors resulting to not being able to experience the Pescadores hospitality.

I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience at the resort. It sounds like you encountered several issues that impacted your stay. We will look into the concerns on which areas we can work on. The broken suitcase was immediately repaired upon your feedback. All resorts in Moalboal are of narrow roads going in, the street light aspect is beyond our control as this is the government's infrastructure and it is a common setup in general in Moalboal and in the Philippines. It would be good to look at Moalboal as a destination that is far away from the hustle and bustle of modern life and disconnect from the city and connect with nature. In the future, it may be helpful to read reviews and do some research before booking accommodations to ensure they meet your expectations and needs. Additionally, if you encounter any issues during your stay, it's important to communicate them to staff as soon as possible, so they have the opportunity to address and resolve them

The staff were very nice. They also helped us set up a birthday decor and cake surprise for our friend. But beware of bed bugs. I’ve been covered with bed bug bites and still recovering from it. I informed the receptionist to thoroughly clean the beds, sheets, pillows. Also there lots of red ants inside the room. Good luck on the next guest in Family VIP 3.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience with bed bugs and red ants during your stay. But may I correct that we have investigated the issue and it came from the guest with pets prior your check in. This time we have already banned all pets in the hotel as an immediate and approriate action and have fully sanitized all our rooms to avoid these kinds of problems in the future. We apologize that these factors definitely detracted the overall enjoyment of your stay.

Our stay here was almost perfect. Getting a reservation is smooth because they reply very quickly. It's hard to get here but that is not a problem at all. The staff are very very friendly! The place is perfect, the location and the rooms, I love it very much. Our breakfast is delicious! The massage is very good. They have an activity area that you can play billiard, overviewing the beach that is very very picturesque. However, in the morning after swimming, we found out our room area has no electricity, so it was very dark in our room, no A/C and no charging route. Unluckily and luckily, that day is so sunny so its very very humid and hot. And it was only in our area, the other area is fine. We would have love to stay longer that day but they weren't able to fix it at all. But I would love to come again!

As an older family we really enjoyed our stay at pescador suites. The position of the hotel is ideal, about 600m to the main strip of bars and restaurants. It has facilities for all ages from free snorkelling gear and access to the beach and has masseurs on site. Our rooms were big and clean and the breakfasts yum.
