We had a great time at Turtle Bay, would definitely stay with here again. The resort is beautiful and perfectly secluded. Lots of restaurant options nearby just a short tuktuk ride away. The area felt very safe. Snorkelling right in front of the resort we saw a family of sea turtles and you can see the reef wall. I had my first dive with Jon-Jon who was very friendly and knowledgeable. CJ and their family are so warm and welcoming you can tell the resort is cared for and run by happy staff. The ocean views were stunning and the resort is environmentally responsible. CJ helped us organize everything we needed from ordering jeepneys to canyoneering Kawasan Falls with Jay who was an excellent tour guide. This resort has thought of everything, you can fully relax and enjoy your time knowing you are well taken care of.

Turtle bay was a fantastic experience, really great attention to detail. Our room was lovely, and we had a great sea view. we enjoyed great breakfasts made daily. CJ made sure we had an excellent experience learning to dive and completing our PADI, an experience we will never forget. CJ and his staff truly made this stay excellent. Great snorkelling off the house reef with plenty of turtles to see! Location is great, a short tricycle ride away from the main eating and drinking area, with plenty of options for vegan/ vegetarian food and live music and bars, but because of its location the resort itself remains quiet and peaceful at all ours. Highly recommend.

Excellent resort, quiet when we went in April, rooms comfortable, pool area excellent. Refurbished restaurant overlooking the bay is excellent with fantastic views Food selection good, staff all very pleasant friendly and helpful. Dive set up very relaxed and personal, 2- 3 dives a day's you require, dive sites good, the Sardine experience is fantastic from both a divers perspective and that of my wife who snorkelled with them, you cannot imagine the magnitude of the fish, ask the dive crew the quietest time as there are a lot of tourist boats around at times. 1 Guest even saw a whale shark just of the hotel jetty snorkelling! Time from airport by car is about 4 hours, you will get used to the driving very quickly! Thoroughly enjoyed our time here as the first leg of our holiday

Just finished reading the previous review for this resort. It was peaceful and quiet. The place was clean and nice. I was amazed with the WIFI and how strong it was throughout the compound. The room was clean, and the A/C was strong. Water pressure was a tad bit low, but it works, no complaints here. Interesting furniture, though, lots of drawers but no place to hang clothes, so we didn't bother to ask for hangers. Balcony was a plus for this waterfront suite. Which I enjoyed so much while sipping on the coffee. Electric kettle made my stay. TIP. You might want to buy a case of water in town or ask for an extra water pitcher. They do provide a water pitcher for the water dispenser in the lobby and dining room. But they close at 10 pm. The pool was clean, but the bar was semi operational. I know it is not Cancun but would like to see bar tenders to walk around the pool and ask the guest if they would like something from the bar or kitchen instead of looking at their cell phone just sitting there waiting for folks to come up to the bar. Food prices were on the high end, and so is the shuttle to town with numerous food establishments, choices, and bars. I suggest taking local tricycles. The game room was not operational and was not on the ad. We had to go to town to play pool. Reason being, they had to place priorities Misplaced one of our snorkel and goggles, so I went up the front desk and ask if they could check if they have it since the dive shop brought sets of snorkles for our tour. I was hoping that it was taken by mistake. The receptionist told me to go to the dive shop. I am not a spring chicken anymore, walking all the way down there and back to the pool. I was a little exhausted, but they found it. If I were in the receptionist shoes, I would have called the dive shop. It may sound petty, but that is helpful to guests. I would say 90 percent are friendly and helpful, then you have the 10 percent who might need a little push to be a little courteous and helpful towards guests. To be fair, the costumer is not always right. We are guests in your establishment, pay hard earned money to visit. A little courtesy goes a long way. Staff should be proud of the place and duties they perform. Met the owner, Mam Fe, I could tell in her eyes how proud she was of what she had accomplished in this resort. Very nice lady, and we would like to thank her so much. We would like to extend our gratitude to Cesar, who was patient and attentive to our needs since my sister in law needed assistance since she had a disability. Again, some of the stuff above are my opinions. Family and kid friendly resort.

My wife and I loved our stay here. We’re actually sitting at the airport now debating whether we should go back 😂 We had our own little cottage with a beautiful ocean view and we were treated like family. If you’re an adventurous type of person this place should be on your bucket list because they are able to arrange activities you will never forget.

We had such an amazing time at turtle Bay Dive resort! This is hands down the best place to stay in Moalboal. The staff was amazing and genuine, and the location is amazing because the resort sits right on a coral reef where you can go diving and snorkeling whenever you want. They setup whale shark diving, canyoneering, and sardine run trips for us which made the four days we spent at turtle Bay some of the most amazing of our lives. The family who owns the resort is awesome!

Amazing hotel run by a lovely family. You can scuba to your heart's content and you can see sea turtles if you snorkel far enough off their resort. Great service. In a great area just away from all the fuss of the town. CJ is really nice. Deluxe rooms have a great balcony with ocean view

Paul, Tommy, Mary and Larry were EXTREMELY welcoming and accommodating throughout our entire stay at Turtle Beach. They made us feel like we at home and brought sense of community. The resort was very clean and well kept. Paul and crew have put extreme thought and detail into how the resort was built creating a ton of hidden design and touches. Free kayaks, paddle boards and snorkels are a great bonus when staying at Turtle Beach! No matter what you need or want to do, Paul will help you out. Thanks Paul and crew!
