We had such a wonderful stay with Theo and Mary! The rooms are beautiful and spacious, we had a massive patio overlooking the water and downtown. The location is incredible, we were close enough to the main town but far enough for it to he quiet at night. The hotel is located right on main walkway along the water and in to town. Theo and Mary were so lovely and helpful. My boyfriend and I both work in the hotel industry and we would 100% stay here again anytime we come back!

Just what we were looking for for our two nights in Mykonos! A relatively quiet, well-appointed, spacious suite with a terrace and view of the water and old town, and nearby sea swimming. It was formerly part of the 36-room Leto Hotel, and with a dispute with the landowner pending in court, the hotel owners operate a small boutique collection of 5 or 6 suites and rooms. Suite 409 is the largest and nicest, with an expansive terrace. It’s just 100 yards inside the pedestrian-only sector, so convenient for arrival and away from car traffic. It’s located just off the main pedestrian walkway so you hear some noises with windows open. But the windows are double paned and if closed keep out any random noises. Bed is huge and firmly comfortable. Breakfast is available but we slept in both mornings and walked 5-10 minutes down the waterfront for a choice of eating spots. Swimming in sea on mostly pebbly beach is just 3 minute walk. View of the old town waterfront is iconic. If we stayed on the island for more than two nights (and weren't committed to dealing with jet lag) a drive to other beaches would've been in order. But the narrow alleys of old town captivated us for our short time there.…

The location of this small hotel can't be beat - just on the edge of the pedestrian walkway, on the water, and walkable to everything. Theo is so helpful in every way. He helped us with a trip to Delos (very worthwhile), and he arranged a private tour for us to see the entire island. Our room was large, spotless and had a huge veranda. The bathroom was such an unexpected bonus - large and updated with a separate shower and a separate toilet, two sinks AND a vanity. The two of us could easily be in there at the same time. Plus, there was lots of well thought out storage space in the room as well. Honestly, this hotel made our stay in Mykonos just perfect. And, don't forget the bakery below - amazing.

We were a group of 3 friends who came to Mykonos to spend a nice weekend and we were not disappointed with the very nice welcome reserved by Theo for us. He was available during our entire stay and answered all our requests with kindness and benevolence. The room was comfortable and clean. We had enough space for all 3 of us. The location is perfect. You are really in the center of town and everything is accessible by foot. Some activities need to be done with a car and the hotel found us one as quickly as necessary. Thank you for everything.

I originally inquired about the hotel next door which is currently closed, but glad it was this location is perfection in every way...close as you can possibly be to mykonos town and still have quiet and rest...Theo is INCREDIBLE...he is so accessible, accommodating, knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive...there is nothing he cannot help you with...and his manner is utterly likable...he is so relaxed + so kind that no matter what kind of travel frenzy you are in when you arrive, you are instantly put at ease...the rooms are clean and modern...

We stayed in the Gialos Suite. It was huge! The best view right in Mykonos Town near everything. We really didnt want to leave our "villa". Private patio that we used most of day and had breakfast delivered there each morning! Perfecto! The host Theo was super helpful and made sure we wanted for nothing! Cant wait to return!
