Good and Bad. Good > Nice stylish IKEA furniture, recently renovated, comfy beds, free water, really clean, Modern architecture, which looks impressive. Staff in the canteen and bar friendly. Bad > little sound proofing in rooms, one side of hotel woken by cars, other side woken by glass recycling ( very noisy ) from hotel Diamond next to balcony ( moved from left to right side ) so experienced both, in both rooms woken by cleaners ( 8am onwards ) after managed to go back to sleep after outside noise. Some people may want the option of a lie in.... Only good rooms prestige and a lot more expensive ( and sea views ) Rooms ( although stylish ) very small, balcony extremely small. Prices of drinks highly expensive, half a beer 3.50, when pint 1.50 just outside the hotel. Swimming pool cold, most people didn't seem to brave going in, not the temperature they told us it was. Entertainment half the time very poor, one singer singing slow boring songs. ( go to the diamond next door, there are 2 greats acts a night in show bar! ) Some of the receptionists not friendly ( some were friendly ) Have to at all times wear mask inside and out, got shouted at a few times when slipped below my nose, ( when out of hotel walk up the coast, staff relaxed in comparison , so seemed to be more of a hotel thing than area ) A lot of the guests looked miserable in the hotel, that kind of vibe. If rooms bigger, had sound proofing, actual sea views, all staff friendly, a lot better entertainment, and actual heated pool then yes 5 star, at the moment not.

A beautifully decorated and spacious hotel. Pristine clean and manned by professional and friendly staff. The incredible choice of breakfast buffet was a highlight for us every day. Live acts were great (morning at breakfast and evening). Just one spoiler in our first week was the ongoing "Ibiza style" monotone beat music that permeated our room 'til midnight from The Food Market. Our balcony overlooked it's outdoor seating area which was open to the general public including children (!?!). I spoke to reception about it but never heard from the manager. We had a lovely 2nd week due to The Food Market being closed. We were sorry to leave.

Arrived 3rd January. Unpacked and went straight to the pool area. We were greeted by friendly bar staff who made us feel at home. The room was beautifully clean and the mini bar was well stocked too. We loved the fresh water machine on our floors too. Couldn’t ask for a better hotel. Really friendly staff. Lovely and clean. Nothing was too much. All areas were lovely. After sunbathing all day we’d pop into the hotel cafe order coffee. As for the food. We couldn’t fault it. Really good choices … always fresh. And the freshly cooked stations were great. Overall it was wonderful. Couldn’t fault it. Can’t wait to return.

What an amazing hotel. 5 star all the way. The staff gate all extremely helpful and constantly smiling. Nothing is too much trouble for any of them. The food is exquisite and varied and cooked to perfection. We will definitely be returning next year.

This modern, stylish and superbly clean hotel is situated conveniently near by several beaches, restaurants, bars and services of Adeje. Playa de las Americas with more restaurants, bars and great shopping is reachable by foot as well if you're in a reasonably good shape. The staff was exceptionally nice and friendly. The room I had was great and the balcony with a sea view offered a chance to see stunning sunsets night after night. No problems with any noises during night time either. The breakfast and dinner offered a fantastic variety of freshly prepared food in a pleasant restaurant room and outdoor terrace with clear sky every night. The pool area is beautiful and clean, and I had no trouble finding a nice spot by the pool. Pool bar was also great. There are cafe tables with a sea view in the pool area. Absolutely no complaints, loved my stay and will likely return. 10/10
