We dont generally leave reviews, but having seen some recently posted, feel we should. We stayed at the H10 for two weeks from April 27th to May 11th. We had a room over looking the gardens and side sea view and yes, the entertainment outside in the evening could disturb if you go to bed early before 11:00, but being on holiday this is not something we do. All noise stopped at 11:00. The entertainment was in our view, ecellent for a hotel both in the Piano room and outside in the evening. Resturaunt we woud give around 8.5 out of 10 and in the main we really enjoyed the food. We had exellent service at dinner from Andrea and dining areas were spotlessly clean. The pools are a joy to swim in and the gardens quite spectacular. We did have a concern with some noise above our room with some work going on. However, having raised this with Maria, Community Manager, we were upgraded for the second week and given free wine at all the remaining dinners. We just returned from a wonderful 10 day stay at this resort. The resort was perfect for what we wanted, a family of four looking for a clean, relaxing, all-inclusive resort with a good amount of entertainment and decent food. This resort exceeded our expectations. The resort was extremely clean, the staff were amazing and despite COVID, the entertainment gave us enough to do and enjoy every day. The entertainment staff really made our visit- a huge thank you to Emanuele, Nestor, Ava and Alba who were extremely friendly, remembered us every day and made us feel very welcome. We also particularly enjoyed the option of the pool bar for snacks, lunch and drinks throughout the day. The kids loved the daily sports/activities, we loved the cocktail making and paella lessons, and all of us enjoyed the evening entertainment. I would definitely recommend this resort for a family holiday.…

Second time my sister and I have stayed here and we plan to return soon. The location is absolutely perfect and the location at the quieter end of the resort means that there is considerable open space and lots of choice for places to go such as one of the pools or the beach club or the terrace bar etc. I think that it could be made clearer what is privilege and what is not ( we did not visit the beach club initially as we thought it was not for everyone). We think we will return on the privilege option next time as it will enable us to use the a la carte restaurants more often and offer a few nice perks. The building work is unfortunate but the hotel has done a great job of containing it. However it does mean that the central lobby is out of bounds and the piano bar moved to a downstairs venue which does not really work although the artists ( especially the guitarist and the pianist) are superb regardless of the venue. The one negative was the children’s disco at 8.30 right outside the main restaurant and La Tosca. We had a wonderful meal at the latter with baby shark and such like blaring out. Please find an alternative place to house it! I loved the aqua gym but perhaps it could be earlier in the day. A 12.10 to 1pm it rather cuts across lunchtime. Those are minor niggles. We were made to feel very welcome and the lovely staff too many to name. Only one was rude to us when we went to sit at a table apparently reserved for a privilege guest ( this was not obvious) but he singled himself out as the exception. We will be back potentially in the autumn and definitely next spring. Thank you for a lovely break.…

Very nice hotel in a quiet area as we wanted. Extremely noisy until 11pm with entertainment. Paid extra for pool/sea view which meant we were next to the outdoor entertainment area. No chance of getting to sleep before 11. Staff ok, but not enough in bar areas, food average. Not worth the extra money

We have already chosen this hotel five times. The atmosphere and staff of the hotel are unique. The food and service are of an extremely high standard. I would single out Hermelindo, who oversees a portion of the restaurant and serves it. You add a lot to the mood. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in a quieter location, although everything is quickly and cheaply accessible by taxi.
