Sabangan beach resort is in the same shoreline with Blue Coral, Acuatico and Acuaverde. It is actually in between Blue Coral and Acuatico. Having said that, they are less modernized but closer to nature designed resort. The staff are very accommodating and will always greet you with a smile. The package they have is with full board meals so you don't have to worry about your food while you are there. The room that we got (family of 4) has just enough space inside but the porch is very spacious so you can dry your clothes and there's place to hang out. It is also has easy access to the swimming pool so it is very convenient when you are with kids. The swimming pool is small compared to its neighbor resorts so it can become crowded at times. The whole place is clean and the beach…

The place was nice, garden-y. Service is not so good, staff may benefit from guest-care training. Room is very small for the price, nothing in the ref, and very hard to order drinks or food from the kitchen. Bathroom is not very clean, has some smells. Pool was dirty. Noise from construction distracted from vacation mood. Food included in the package was adequate, actually yummy, but needed more variety.

Cons: ⁃ the place is under renovation so expect construction noise and dusts. ⁃ We stayed at their new building the Guijo, the bathroom drainage is commensurate to the water flow of the shower. It’s very slow. ⁃ Hot/cold shower not working. ⁃ They will charge you for add’l/beach towels Pros: ⁃ Accommodation Price is reasonable. For 10k, good for 4pax including full board meals. ⁃ Add’l bed is free ⁃ Room has balcony where you can lounge in a rocking chair. But you cannot fully enjoy it yet because of the ongoing construction. ⁃ Friendly and good customer service. Courteous staff. ⁃ I like their pool because it’s toddler friendly. ⁃ Their buffet spread is actually good 👍🏼 ⁃ Definitely good for Group and family getaway.

Been here late last year and this review is actually long overdue. Rooms as the title suggests are quite impressive to me in the sense that the staff are able to maintain a basic must in a resort or hotel for that matter, which is cleanliness. For me, an otherwise dirty room would spoil my vacation even if I have the most amazing view right at my window, or even if the food is excellent. Though in this case I would say food is so-so. Still acceptable to me since you cant expect too much with the rate of the room including the full board meals. Ice cream at their in-property store is quite expensive, but maybe just right since there are only a few stores along the road. Pool is small but ok. I particularly like the hammocks. Did not spend too much time at the beach since it wasnt…

The resort in general was OK. Unfortunately, the time that I was there, there was a on-going Construction taking place. From 7 or 8am till 8pm I had to suffer from the loud and irritating noise of the construction site and almost inhaled every dust of it, which somehow did not allow me to have a peaceful and relaxing time inside my room / at the terrace. The free use of kayak-facilities, which was one of the reasons why I booked it as my holiday destination with my family during my stay in the Philippines. Rooms are OK & not so extraordinary. Full-board-meals was a good offer and the variety of food was very good. I just think, that the price is a little too high for its standards and the services it offers, compared to the neighboring resorts.

Stayed for 3D/2N. Enjoyed the buffet, good choices of food. The place is clean and full of trees, very close to nature. The beach sand is a little rough but compensated by the crystal clear water. Also the pool water is kept clean.

We booked a last minute overnight stay at Sabangan and the reservation is a breeze via email. We arrived at the hotel and we are greeted with warm welcome at the reception area + welcome drinks. we stayed at Yakal 2B which is near the beach and dining area. The room is good enough for 6 person, basic amenities are included. We have our own lounge area outside the room which is a plus for me. T&B is outside the room. Buffet breakfast/lunch and dinner. Selection is limited but no fuss about that. Location is in between Blue Coral and Aquatico. Kudos to the staff they are all nice and approachable 👍 Highly recommended beach resort in Laiya.

Family and Barkada friendly resort. The beach is white loose sand good. Perfect for lounging around even in nighttime. We are a big group so we got the cottage with the loft. Aircon was cool, room was clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and very accomodating. This is the resort that you like coz there is always a staff who you can approach for every need. The food is all-meals buffet and it was good so we really got our money's worth there. And everything was yummy. They will cook the breakfast egg however you want it so that is a plus for me. They have a pool too, which is 4-ft all around plus a kiddie pool. Although the shower room is a bit small, it offers hot and cold water so I am happy with that too. Our overnight stay was not enough. I wish…
