We have been to Sabangan three times already over the past 2 years. It is a small resort with lots of personal touches. The room are very nice, the food (which comes with the fee) is always so good. The beach is clean, and there are activities available. The pool is nice too. We just love it there.
Sabangan Beach Resort is roughly 180 KMs away from Manila. The resort is situated in the province of Batangas. Pros: * Beachfront accommodation * Nice pool both for kids and adults * Full board meals - lunch, dinner and breakfast * Secured parking space * Most of the rooms are villa type accommodation * Nice and pleasant crew Cons: * A bit pricey * Rooms are a bit small * Their buffet a has limited choices of food
Been to this resort twice already and both our stay were pleasant. The staff are no 5 star service staff, but they are courteous and do their best to attend to your needs. The rooms are simple, nothing fancy, but clean. I love that it's not a big resort so you don't feel that it's crowded. The food is delicious Filipino fare. The beach front is clean and water is clear. Sabangan will always be an option for us when looking for a resort in Laiya.
Compared to other resorts, Sabangan offers one of the most competitive price. The place is quiet with accommodating staff and good food. If you are looking for a serene place to spend vacation with your family this is a very nice resort to take. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax in the Luzon area. Thank you very much for the service!
The staff is welcoming and attentive. The manager takes care that your accommodation meet and exceed your needs. The kitchen staff is friendly and will cater to your dietary needs. All meals were included in room fee; served as all you can eat buffet. A personal touch everywhere at the resort. You are in good hands here. Your comfort and happiness is their concern. You will not leave this place unsatisfied. We will be back!.
I recently organized a Team Building event for my department and we ended up selecting Sabangan as our venue of choice. We booked on a weekday anticipating that the weekends will surely be a huge crowd. True enough, a weekday overnight stay was bliss. The venue held a relaxing ambiance and the staff were friendly, accommodating and reasonably flexible to our needs. I think it also helped that there were still flora and fauna surrounding the resort thus, enhancing the relaxing atmosphere. Team building activities can be set up within the resort including the beach area. There is a pavilion at the center where the dining hall is located in the ground floor and a function hall in the 2nd floor. The air conditioned rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. As for the food, while…
The beachfront cottage had a narrow and obstructed view for its price compared to the other resorts in Laiya. The buffet quality was mediocre and they seemed undetstaffed at that time in the dining area. A lot of items on the ala carte menu also werent available.😕
How much is the entrance fee How much is the entrance pay How much is the place Its nice too see it beautiful I see it only in the photos The view is nice and beautiful The sand is clean The water is clear
The service at Sabangan Beach Resort amazing! The staff were so attentive and flexible to meet your needs. The resort in itself is nice and cozy. The toilet in our bathroom was not working properly the moment we checked in but they immediately attended to it. I like the asian, cozy ambiance of the resort. Its not too big and the size is just right. Not overwhelming and provides you with a very warm atmosphere.
Disclaimers: 1. This is a very long, thorough, review. 2. We booked our stay on an offpeak Sunday, which makes our overall experience way favorable than when booking on a peak weekend. Initially, I booked the Bamboo Bungalow room directly on their website, which only asks you for like a 10% reservation fee via credit card, while the rest is payable on site. They take both cash and cc. This, I think, is great as you are not pressed to commit fully, and cancellations won't be such a pain, having to let go of an entirely paid room. Aside from being the cheapest, and although there aren't enough pics online, I was enticed by the room's unique, homey vibe. The room is only good for 2 pax. Being a 3-pax party, I settled an additional 2,850 fee for the extra pax, which includes the…
