Great place to bring your family. Yes, it is a bit on the pricey side but it is worth it. The rooms are nice, service is great, staff and crew are friendly. They are close to the beach yet you can unwind by/in the infinity pool or the pool by the Prima’s rooms.

Father's day celebrated in Aquatico. My wife surprised me with the Father's day buffet in Aquatico during our stay. It was a great night, having dinner under the stars with my family. The Firebender performance was also unforgettable. After dinner, we had drinks at the Pool bar, The Bartender (Jeff Garcia) was fantastic. He's very accomadating and have a good sense of customer service! We can see his passion in doing his job, He's the D'Bartender Guru 👍😁. We also had good encounter with Flora in the Breakfast area and Mae from the SPA. We stayed at Casita B. Just in front of the pool & has a good view. Room has good facilities but quite small for the price. The toilet door needs a little repair too. Overall, we had a good experience in the resort.

We recently stayed at the Acuatico Beach Resort and had such an unforgettable experience. The La Prima room where we stayed was spacious, very clean and luxuriously comfortable. The La Prima wing had its own amazing infinity pool and jacuzzi that we really enjoyed using after swimming by the crystal clear water of the private beach. The resort had excellent facilities and breathtaking views. But I must point out that equally worth noting, the resort staff were all very attentive, friendly and courteous. Truly world class customer service. Special mention to Jan, Jeff, Andrea, Babelyn and the lifeguard (sorry I failed to get his name) who all made our stay a memorable one. We shall definitely be back!

Finally had the chance to get into this resort and its all worth it! While on the pricey category I understood as soon as we set foot of the property. The family especially the kids enjoyed it very much - from the food to the water activities and of course the infinity pool! Good buffet variety with a fire dance show to boot! And the spa! Very friendly and accommodating staff. My only comment would be the room's AC where we stayed (Casita A) - requested to have it fixed as it was not as cool as anticipated but then the maintenance guy just gave us additional electric fan instead and promised to have it looked into in the morning but never did. Anyway, other than that it was a great holiday.

We went to Acuatico last June 6-8, 2019. It was our first time to go there and we were able to get the La Prima room which I believe was a new part of the resort. The room was nice and my son loves the swimming pool. I like the La Prima because of only few were swimming in the pool. We were able to enjoy it. I would like to commend Marvin (food service) he's been helping us from booking until we were there in the resort. The beach front buffet was also good! However I have one problem with the resort. My son fell from the bed and we called out to ask for cold compress to put on my son's head. I told the receptionist that I need it ASAP. Several minutes have passed and still there's no cold compress. So I called again and the receptionist told me that the ice bag was missing and…

The facilities and the hospitality we experienced made me confirm that this is the best resort in Laiya. Special thanks to Ms. Mae of Oceano, their in-house restaurant. She was very warm, kind and welcoming everytime we dine in. What made me give 4 instead of 5 stars is because the beach is just okay and the food. Although tastes good, I had trouble with my stomach on our 1st night and on our 3rd day.

Years back when acuatico sa just starting for me it was the best resort in laiya. It has pool, nice and clean rooms, the foods were good, and superb customer service. We even went back on that same year. However, when I went back last November 2018, everything changed from their food to their room, and to the quality of their customer service. It was a bit sad that they did not maintain the good quality of the resort. For the room, you can see that the room was not well maintained especially in the bathroom. You can see the stain and the rust in the lavatory. Well, for me, bathroom and the bedroom were a big factor for me in considering a place to stay. As to their food, it was not as good as before. Congratulations Acuatico !! For opening the new premiere wing !!! We all have wonderful memories in here from ‘my Wedding last January 19 2019 ! I planned my destination Wedding for a year and this place is in the top of my list for venue. This exclusive resort is closest from the Manila International airport most of my families and friends are coming from New Jersey 🇺🇸 , Canada , 🇦🇪 UAE , Laguna 🇵🇭 PH. Guest traveling from Airport via Bus Rental took eta of 3 -4 hrs with traffic. Guest from San pablo laguna travel time was 40mins - an hour with traffic It was Coco festival week that weekend. I've been eyeing this resort for quite sometime but everytime I checked on available weekend dates - it was fully booked but I chance upon 1 available unit and immediately booked it! We were praying that I hope it isn't a bad decision because we canceled some of our plans because of it and glad to say we didn't regret our decision. Let me start with the reservation, it was fast and easy because all you have to do is book online, their reservation office in BGC is quick to answer calls which is great, although for some reason, debit card isn't accepted when booking.
