The resort was beautiful, booking and check in/out process seamless. The staff were all friendly and efficient. However, for the price paid we expected the all the rooms to be well maintained, heater working around the clock. The maintenance very promptly attended to our complaints. Our package included buffet breakfast and dinner. The food: variety was good, however taste did not meet our expectations.

We traveled all the way from Batangas City to Laiya for Acuatico’s Valentine’s by the Beachfront. No regrets for having the 3hrs travel because everything went well. 👍🏻
From the guard to front desk staff to F&B people, they all greeted us with a smile. ☺️
Please do note that all dishes were delicious. 🤩 Pwedeng balikan! 🥰
Some things to comment on... The resort has limited parking only. And it would be best if they had a band for the entertainment. But don’t get me wrong, the fire dancers were equally talented. It’s just that a band was more “event appropriate” since it was for Valentine’s celebration.

Stayed at Acuatico for two nights (with another family at La Prima for a night). Overall, it was a great stay for all of us. The staff are amazing and well trained. They aim to please their guests, Jane in particular. The facilities are well-maintained and our villa and the other rooms that we occupied were well-appointed. The amenities were great. Food was great! Can't complain with the variety provided; taste was just right. We just came from Hennan Crystal Sands in Boracay before coming to Acuatico, Acuatico's food is much better. Service is also much better. The only downside is pricing, it is a little bit steep. I must say, to come to Acuatico, one must be prepared to spend.

I’ve been to different hotels in laiya stayed and for a few days for me acuatico’s the best in laiya, from staff to waiters to guards to masseuse they are all highly commendable , Kudos to them. I celebrated my birthday with them and to my suprise they put a little token to my bed and I highly appreciated that effort. Bed and pillows are comfortable . Definitely will be back

For 20,000 pesos per night is not worth the money for my experience. I got really disappointed. Because actually, I got high expectations in this resort. I thought paying 20,000 per night we will got a nice room and a bigger bathroom but we ended not. Because our bathroom is really small and the bidet is broken, Sometimes the water is not working like it is very very limited. And our telephone in our room is broken as well. And the aircon is not cold so we requested extra fan. I got really stressed and not enjoying our stay in this hotel. And the food is quite ok.

My husband and I were so delighted during our stay in Acuatico Beach and Resort. I would like to commend the staff for being so accommodating and super friendly! Kudos to Krisha who assisted us from day 1; in booking our stay and initiated the presentation in our room. Justin from housekeeping for being helpful and proactive in giving us comfort, and for the beautiful set up on our bed. Lastly, to Alli who gave us a smooth check out. She very was very pleasant and her smile was contagious.

2 years of absence during the pandemic, I decided to take my family back to Acuatico for my Birthday 🎉 .
They made my day by giving me a surprise. Albert decorated our Casita with balloons and greeting. With welcome drinks , bottle of wine and matching cheese platter.
I was able to meet Ms Lei from reservations, she’s very patient with me all the time.
Janice and Flora and the staff from Oceano took good care of us.
Lastly Thanks to Ma’am Monette and Ma’am Anne.

The food was excellent and service was really excellent, seemed effortless for the staff to attend to all your needs. Room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. This is the ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. Both my partner and myself really enjoyed it.

My brother held his wedding at the resort. Definitely worth the cost paid for. Perfect opportunities to achieve that lasting memories picture perfect. Friendly staffs all around. Huge selection Breakfast buffet. They have fire dance performance for the wedding. It is definitely a beach wedding.

Not sure. I didn’t have any pets to bring. Didn’t notice as regards other guests.
