We were in Manila for a family wedding and decided to get away from the city for a couple days. They have an infinity pool that overlooks Tayabas bay that provides amazing sunrise and sunset views. There are rentals right on the water and we decided to go snorkeling, which was also a great experience. We took a small bangka boat on a 20 minute ride to the snorkeling location which allowed us to se more of the area by water. The resort has 2 poolside bars that serve food as well as a buffet style setup for the daily meal services. Would definitely return here again!

Rooms, service, beach and pool. Everything was top notch until we hit a snag when another guest mistakenly took my insulated water tumbler, validated in the cctv and Acuatico management said they'd coordinate to get it back but never did. Though I know it was just a silly tumbler but when the manager (Anne) herself promised that they'd do something, I expected they'd follow through. Never did. I called to follow up days after we checked out, told me they'd call me back. Again, never did. :( Well it was a good stay overall but because they didn't stick to their word about this incident, I wouldn't come back.

2 nights with friends. Pricey but worth it. Love the view from the balcony 2nd floor of our villa. Not really satisfied with the breakfast buffet. Room is clean. Staff is helpful. If you avail the activities such snorkel, banana boat, from their Hotel is a bit expensive, you better have contacts from the outside so that you can get it cheaper.

We enjoyed our short stay with nice view, helpful, friendly staff, delicious food, and the fire show during dinner time. I cant recall all the staff names but everyone was nice starting from reception, restaurant and the chefs.

We traveled all the way from Batangas City to Laiya for Acuatico’s Valentine’s by the Beachfront. No regrets for having the 3hrs travel because everything went well. 👍🏻 From the guard to front desk staff to F&B people, they all greeted us with a smile. ☺️ Please do note that all dishes were delicious. 🤩 Pwedeng balikan! 🥰 Some things to comment on... The resort has limited parking only. And it would be best if they had a band for the entertainment. But don’t get me wrong, the fire dancers were equally talented. It’s just that a band was more “event appropriate” since it was for Valentine’s celebration.

My husband and I were so delighted during our stay in Acuatico Beach and Resort. I would like to commend the staff for being so accommodating and super friendly! Kudos to Krisha who assisted us from day 1; in booking our stay and initiated the presentation in our room. Justin from housekeeping for being helpful and proactive in giving us comfort, and for the beautiful set up on our bed. Lastly, to Alli who gave us a smooth check out. She very was very pleasant and her smile was contagious.

My brother held his wedding at the resort. Definitely worth the cost paid for. Perfect opportunities to achieve that lasting memories picture perfect. Friendly staffs all around. Huge selection Breakfast buffet. They have fire dance performance for the wedding. It is definitely a beach wedding.

The resort itself is actually quite nice. The rooms are beautiful and the service is great. They have very courteous staff, who are always available to assist you. The infinity pools are magnificent. If you get the chance, do watch their amazing fire dancers! The only turn off for me, and perhaps it played a huge factor, is that the place is just too far and quite tedious to get to. It is about a 3-5 hour road trip, depending on which part of the metro you are coming from.

Just now feb 14,2020, duty manager Kathy took time to check up on my son and see how he is doing and a got him a get well teddy. A while ago i went down to ask where the nearest drug store is, so i can buy some nebules for my son. He had a little cough after swimming this afternoon. She told me the nearest one is 30 mins away and might be closed. She got me one from their 1st aid kit. I saw theres only 1 more left, so i knew she couldnt give anymore. I said thanks and went back to our room. After a few minutes she came up to our room and asked how he was doing. Hes all good now thanks to the nebule. I dont know if thats standard hotel practice, but that small act of concern made us feel she cared about the guests. It would have been really easy for her to just be busy and…

While the beachfront is somewhat disappointing with rather coarse sand closer to the water, the hotel and infinity pool are very nice. Our room was comfortable with a great view of the pool and the sea. The in room safe had no instructions and was difficult to figure out. While good quality bathroom amenities are provided, the shower had a bit of a leak when in use. The bathroom looked much older than the bedroom, like it could use some refurbishments. Wi-Fi was mostly consistent throughout the resort, and the food at the restaurant was quite good and reasonably priced. Despite the shortcomings of the resort, I'm still giving it a 5 star review, since the service offered by the staff is absolutely stellar.
