Had a good stay with my family here in Acuatico. They have a very good process in safeguarding their guests against COVID. The anti-gen test was a breeze. A testament are my kids who did not got frightened compared to the home service test the we availed before. The service of their staff are very good. I would like to commend Jan, their F&B Buttler, who is ensuring all the needs and requests of their guests are fulfilled when possible. You see him at the bar serving guests and also at the buffet area. The staff of Acuatico are all friendly and follows protocol. They imposed guard rails as well like prohibiting children near the edge of the infinity pool as the current might topple them out. Very good stay. I must say, their price is worth it.

My eldest son booked 2 separated rooms for our family. it was my 1st time ever going to Laiya, Batangas. the place is safe since no walk in allowed inside. we had our swab test before we can proceed to the place (all of us has negative results). the staff were all attentive to our needs and they are all friendly and courteous as well. I enjoyed watching my children and my granddaughter while they were on the beach and even on the infinity pool; pure and white sand and clear water. breakfast buffet is superb as well. highly recommended to all!

Booked the resort for a much needed break away from home. Partly due to the pandemic, there were fewer people here and at the beach than the last time we stayed back in June 2021. Breakfast buffet is back but the resort installed barriers and made sure people were seated apart and dining area was properly ventilated. The staff were friendly, efficient and attentive. The internet was also better this time though still difficult to get a good signal from Globe. They test people before check-in and turn away those who test positive.

Very overpriced, we're a family of 4 of which 2 kids 10 and 11.....the room was small and the bathroom, small also was not on the same floor......the place is not well maintained, and I guess they're understaffed because there's a lot of trash around the pool.....never less, the two positive things are : 1) the infinity pool, super nice 2) and the staff which is very nice and helpful, specially Flora, which arranged a fish dish not onthe menu..... Nevertheless, a lot too expensive.....

First getaway since the pandemic started. Heard so many good things about this place - and yes the hype is real 1. Beautiful place 2. Well maintained rooms & bathroom (la prima 101 & 104) 3. But the gem of acuatico is the staff - attentive & pleasant - they made sure our request could be accomodated 4. 2 years of absence during the pandemic, I decided to take my family back to Acuatico for my Birthday 🎉 . They made my day by giving me a surprise. Albert decorated our Casita with balloons and greeting. With welcome drinks , bottle of wine and matching cheese platter. I was able to meet Ms Lei from reservations, she’s very patient with me all the time. Janice and Flora and the staff from Oceano took good care of us. Lastly Thanks to Ma’am Monette and Ma’am Anne. Thank you for making us feel Home as akways.

We booked the hotel for our first trip to the beach after the lockdowns. They were one of maybe just a few that allowed kids and senior citizens. The resort required covid testing upon arrival and were very strict about this (our driver relates that he witnessed arrivals being turned away for apparently testing positive). The staff were very accommodating/helpful and we thought the food was good. The facilities were well-maintained and enjoyed these as there were few guests at the time. Other resorts were still closed at the time of our stay so we also practically had the beach to ourselves.

I celebrated my birthday week (4 days ) in Acuatico. It was such a wonderful experience for me because the staff are all helful and very friendly. Special mention to Flora, Janice, Ronald and Cezar. These people are so consistent in giving excellent service. Acuatico should be proud to have them in their crew. The rooms, and facilities are always kept clean and tidy. The menu was limited due to covid but when i craved for tortang talong, afritada and spaghetti, they tried their best to serve it because i wanted to eat it. Overall , my total bday getaway was a blast! If you see in the pics the dinner presentation they did for me by the beach, you’ll feel happy too. It was such a nice set up.
