Stayed here for 5 nights, more than enough time for me to say that the hotel rooms were poorly soundproofed. You can hear what’s going on in the function hall which was just right across the hotel rooms. If you are a light sleeper, book rooms on the opposite side of function hall. Some rooms were still under renovation, in fact, our room smells freshly painted. The hotel is very close to the airport but far from the city center. Breakfast is free.

As a local from the area staying with my partner for holidays, i was expecting more from the hotel room as they have about the same value with one of the hotels in town.

The main reason we stayed here was it was very close to airport and the pool.

We stayed in a deluxe room which is average.

There were no poolside attendants when we went for a swim. They have a poolside bar but was closed at the entire duration of the stay. We asked for pool towels to one of the housekeeping we saw and pointed us where we cn get it from, (which is a bit rude ) good thing, i think it was one of the gardener who offered to get the towels for us.

Water pressure in the room shower is not good as well.

On our second day, we had a power failure in the room we stayed. They tried fixing it, but i have to request to move into another room as it was getting stuffy and dark inside.

Overall, it was not that bad, but we were supposed to extend our stay but just decided to move into another hotel in town.

The hotel and room were very nice and the staff were very accommodating. The food in the restaurant was poor, as it all tasted the same. We ordered several different dishes which should of all had different flavours, but the all tasted the same, as they all used the same sauce.

Great accommodations , great shower, coffee shop etc. it needs a little maintenance in the rooms but overall a great place to stay. Oh, except the Internet is crap. Pool is good, breakfast is the same everyday so that could change.

The hotel is new but they seem to forget that a hotel is for sleeping now for loud music! They have a party club in the same building with ZERO soundproofing which will keep you awake till 3AM. They should close the hotel and just make it purely a club. They need to rethink their concept. Its not working.

I took a friend to your restaurant for her birthday as a treat as I've heard good reviews regarding your food and I wanted to surprise her with something special from the staff for her birthday, my only mistake was I asked her staff in front of my friend if we can gove her something for dessert as its her special day, not only were your staff rude but it's clear that they are not well trained. I expected more from you, but your service sucks. No on even greeted her after the fact. I will not recommend your hotel nor your restaurant and will tell everyone I know about our horrible experience. For the price that you're asking, your service does not even deserve 2 stars. Shame.

Having stayed a few days in the province of Zamboanga Del Norte, and having stayed in a different hotel in Dipolog a few nights before, I happened upon this hotel for my final night in Mindanao.

The check-in process is relatively easy. The room itself was surprisingly well decorated and for the low price I paid, I said "THIS is what a hotel should be like". Compared to another hotel in the same area which looked nice until you got into the room, where the room was quite small and a letdown, but I digress. The bed is nice and comfy, the room is clean as well as the bathroom...all well stocked with above average amenities.

We did have dinner at the hotel restaurant, Chloe's Bistro...where the lechon kawali and pasta were very good.

In the morning, the breakfast wasn't buffet, but was a pre-set menu. Simple fare, but satisfactory for a Filipino breakfast.

Last but not least, the hotel scenery is incredible. I was surprised by how good the hotel grounds looked, including the pool. I'll include a few pics so you can see.

If you're planning on staying in Dipolog, note this hotel is practically within walking distance of the airport. Try to avoid getting ripped off by the trikes if going to the city center.

Nothing really negative to report on here, with the exception of the distance to the city center.

My fiance & I have stayed here 3 times in the past 2 years, and each time were very impressed. There are resorts and 5-star hotels that this smaller hotel compares favorably to - and their staff is fantastic!

Oh, I have to mention that their restaurant is WORLD CLASS - the menu alone is worth trying this hotel for, the food is great and the selection of items... I don't know what to say, I have been at 4 Seasons resorts and Ariana's restaurant is on par with that level of excellence.

For the rates, this hotel is an outstanding value - both locally and on a global scale.

Check in was easy because we booked through Agoda. Place looks nice and all the staff were nice but i had several issues with the room, lots of mosquitos, one sheet had holes and both the shower and sink faucet was not working properly. Hope this gets fixed :)
