Great accommodations , great shower, coffee shop etc. it needs a little maintenance in the rooms but overall a great place to stay. Oh, except the Internet is crap. Pool is good, breakfast is the same everyday so that could change.

Very strange hotel. You can't get your room towel before 6 pm. They just have one set. The bar is closing 10 pm. The hotel is just 5 year old but it seams atleast 15 years old every things is so worn out the light in the pool is broken . A lot of things don't exists on the meny. Management seams not to bother about anything

All employees were outstanding. They all were a true delight. There were signs posted everywhere saying "Please Observe silence" yet the management allowed the events side of the hotel to continuously blast out music with heavy base speakers that at times rattled the walls and made the windows vibrate. There was a string of day after day events late into the evening. Management refused, after repeated requests, to have the speaker volume turned down or to have the speakers turned away from facing the outside windows of the hotel rooms. Future guests might want to request a room on the other side of the hotel room complex. Gorgeous pool and landscaping. Very nice rooms. Well maintained. Outstanding service. Suggest adding Plant Food diet "Vegan" (not just Vegetarian, but a real Vegan) food selection options in their menu. Dining room staff were so willing to help in asking the cook staff to prepare the kinds of foods required based on medical requirements, e.g. a Plant Food based diet (NO oils, butter, dairy products, meat or seafood, eggs, or products derived from what is medically recognized as a health risk for many). My thanks to the Dining room and kitchen staff. You were so willing to help. Thank you one and all at the Ariana for all that you do.

Ariana hotel in dipolog city is located near the airport and it has ample parking space which is a must have whenever we visit Dipolog City. Their rooms are cozy, clean and comfortable. The only thing that fell short of my expectation was when I called housekeeping at about 9:30 AM and nobody answered by call.

Situated along the airport road (just a short walking distance), who would have thought one can find a gem in terms of comfort and convenience? With an affordable rate to boot plus breakfast choices that are A-Ok and served early for those who need to catch an early flight—-indeed true value for money! They also offer free shuttle going to the city proper and the airport as we’ll.

To be fair, the place looks good. Sleek yet comfy. However I was so disappointed on how horrendous the facilities are. We checked in at around 9pm and there was no running water. Staff said plumber’s gonna fixed it. An hour passed, nothing. We called again and staff said plumber is apparently at home and is on his way. At 11pm my parents are already stressed because we need to use the bathroom after a long day of going around the city but still no freaking plumber. At almost midnight I was so stressed and I went to the receptionist, and all she had to say was “okay na sir”. SHE WAITED FOR ME TO ASK IF IT WAS FIXED. Didn’t even bother to inform us. Worst thing is, plumbing’s not even broke! It was just turned off!!!!!! Definitely my worst hotel experience this year. And btw, they never apologized.

Ariana Hotel is located very close to the airport. As we arrived very early in the morning, it was very convenient. The hotel is not luxury, but clean and comfortable. There is a refreshing garden. However there is no night life here.

Pros: The hotel is beautiful itself. The checked in and checked out was smooth. Staffs are friendly. Room was fine and spacious. Cons: Lots of mosquitoes in the room. Lavatory sink has a stinky smell, the water drainage in the sink has no cover, rusty, moldy and you can see the pipe so dirty and color black. Room hallway smells bad and lots of mosquitoes. Lobby chandelier has a spider web needs deep cleaning. Shower bath mat so dirty, old and moldy. I couldn’t use it at all. Some cracks on the wall. No hairdryer in the room need to request from the housekeeping. No laundry bag need to request. No slippers. Breakfast in the restaurant wasn’t that good. *sunny side up eggs served very cold *no pastries available *no hot chocolate at all even if you pay for it *requested pancakes only told that it’ll take 20 minutes to cook *requested French toast because no pastries however they don’t have white bread. Hoping that the management will do something better in this hotel. Needs deep cleaning, really.

Very nice hotel in Dipolog. A stone's throw from the Airport. Great service. However, there was some issue with regarding of electricity going off, poor wifi, and most unexpectedly, when the water stopped while I was showering. But, the staffs tried to repair all these hiccups, so its all good.

I had a pleasant stay in Ariana Hotel in 2015. It's so near to the airport that every time I go to Dipolog (or even if I'm flying out of Dipolog), I would stop by at either Chloe's Bistro or Tablea Resto. So when my cousins came to Dipolog last month to attend a family affair, the only hotel I had in mind was Ariana hotel. Booking 4 Executive rooms was very easy, thanks to Glemar of the Front Desk. I also commend Glemar for his impeccable service from checking in to checking out. However, I could not say the same thing with regard to the service rendered by the staff of Chloe's Bistro. It took them so long to serve the breakfast that our group ordered. The waiters were not attentive to the customers even if the restaurant was not full. Would you believe that it took them more than 20 minutes to serve the pancakes? The hotel is clean and well-maintained and my guests were happy with their stay. Except for the service at Chloe's Bistro, the hotel is still, in my opinion, the nicest in Dipolog City.
