I visited the D For 4 nIGHts in October 2020 . To my surprise there was no bell person to take my bag to my room. I was told that they do not do that. I am in my 70s and disabled so i would have liked that. After I dragged my bag to my room I went down to the casino to see if I could get some lunch. Supringingly the breakfast and lunch restaurant was closed for good . Your choice was mc Donald's or a hot dog stand. For 4 mornings and afternoons I was forced to go next door to the 4 Queen's to eat a sit down meal. I had 1 dinner at the D . The room was fine . Hope they serve Breakfast at their new hotel that's opening this month RICH DISAPPOINTED

Dear Sir, We would like to inform you that you may have posted a review with the wrong hotel. We are located in the Philippines and we do NOT have a casino. Furthermore, there is no restaurant or establishment called the 4 Queens here in our city nor do we have a new hotel opening this month.

I was driving with friends from Negros the entire afternoon about a month ago, and the ferry trip from Dumaguete didn't make things any better. When we got to the hotel I wasn't expecting so much, but I was totally surprised how cozy and very welcoming this hotel's ambience was. We were here for just a night, and it wasn't disappointing at all. Staff was courteous and the bed was a comforting welcome from that day's long drive.

Room was somewhat dark. Bathroom is marginal. But still, its worth staying at this place if you're in the area. Free breakfast is a plus, room rate is a bit high for the overall standard. The staff are over courteous and friendly and exudes a feeling of warmth. Aircon is somewhat noisy and hotel amenities are somewhat limited. In the overall summation, I would still opt to come back.

Located at the heart of Dipolog City, this hotel is a few steps away from "go to" places like the Dipolog City boulevard, cafe's and the public market. A bit of a concern though is the very very limited parking space. The hotel serves good food and I love their baked breads. .

Our first time here, friendly efficient staff, very clean hotel. A 10 minute walk to the boardwalk and p25 ride to the bus terminal. A good variety of food options including Japanese, Italian, espresso is good also. The mattresses are very comfortable. 😊

The orders really took long to arrive. It took more than an hour of waiting for our food.. worse, it was cold when it was served. Very disappointed with the food considering their prices are a bit high for the area.

Think it has been told before, a great find in a great city. Easily accessible as if your at the center of it all, restaurants and a perfect view of the baywalk is walking distance from the hotel. The restaurant at the hotel itself is surprisingly good.

Love this Hotel...This was our 4th trip to Dipolog and we consider D'hotel as our home. Their staff were so friendly.- .from their Doorman, to their reception, dining staff - and to their housekeeping. The room is immaculate and the food is served fresh. what can I ask for? they're so awesome and the place is close to everything - restaurants, shopping centers., banks etc..We will always come back here for our future visit.

I was here for an Official Business Trip. I’ve been staying here for business or for vacation. The place has always been clean and maintained. Breakfast is free. There’s a hair dryer. A refrigerator. The parking space is limited. But at worse moments, the guards on duty always help.

This hotel is a gem in the city. You would never expect to find a place like this in a city this small. I was a bit doubtful when making a reservation since Dipolog seems to be such a small city and the reviews were mostly excellent but all doubts were put to rest as soon as I made my reservation. I received a prompt reply from the reservations staff confirming my booking and asking me for my travel details and offering airport transfers. When I arrived I was met by a Ms. Jula from the Front Desk with the Airport Representative and upon entering the lobby I was given a welcome drink. Check inn was very smooth, staff were all professional and well-trained, rooms were very clean and comfortable. The service was surprisingly at par or in some cases better than with 5 star hotels I have stayed in. I will certainly stay here again if I get to come back to Dipolog.
