Walking distance to all nearby places like their boulevard for early morning routine, restaurants, malls and city centre. Just need more improvements that every room should have hot&water shower, tv setup/reception and more soundproof as nearby establishment lots of open pub and bars. For budget travelers, this will suit you for $18 less you can have bed and breakfast.

stayed here for 3 days at 700p a day ,,,,room basic no fridge,,,this hotel is 2 mins from the beach, when i arrived the hot water was not working, i reported this to reception and they called an electrian ,it was fixed with 3 hours, while this was happening they gave me the key to another room so i could have a hot shower,,,not many hotels would do that, its a big plus for me.the day rate includes breakfast which was rice corned beef and egg, this hotel is good value,i would stay there again amd the wifi was good too.

I can see some people have given bad reviews to this place but I have to disagree yes the rooms are just average but the location is fantastic Less than 50 meters from the beach and Boulevard . They have parking for your vehicle or motorcycle of which I have above so I found that very convenient furthermore it is surrounded by bars and restaurants very easy to get something to drink or to eat also close to the city centre . I have no problem going back to this place again the price was reasonable for what you get . My girlfriend is from the city so I often go to dipolog my girlfriend is from the city so I often go to the polo

The room I stayed in is like living in a boarding house. I don't know what's going on but they kept knocking my door. The wifi is not working, air conditioning and the live band next door during Wednesday's kept me awake all night.
