We booked through their facebook page and they are very responsive on such short notice booked our accommodation for my sister-in-law's bridal shower and hen do. We did not have a lot of preparation but the staff were very welcoming and helpful, they even set up the stage at the pool with fairy lights and made the ocassion magical and extra memorable. They gave us very clean and comfortable rooms and there were 12 of us😁 we were greeted by their adorable rescued and trained dogs and Oscar was definitely the favourite as he was our lifeguard while we weare doing some games in the pool! It was an absolutely fantastic and enjoyable stay and we all had a lot of fun. I would recommend having the cookies and cream shake especially if you are staying with kids, and I can say for the price I paid we have gotten so much! I would undoubtedly recommend this place not only for divers but also for families❤️

Due to Covid 19, UK travel restrictions and the Philippines prohibiting entry to Tourists - our holiday planned for next month has been cancelled. Magnus - owner of Bongo Bongo Divers has been so helpful and understanding and has arranged to refund the full amount we paid. We are still planning to visit the Philippines and will re-book Bongo Bongo Divers as soon as we are allowed to travel. Thank you Magnus for your support and understanding - it’s much appreciated!

Sadly due to coronavirus we have had to cancel our five month backpacking trip. What has been so reassuring has been the response from hosts. After letting Bongo Bongo know that we would no longer be able to make the trip to the Philippines we were fully refunded our deposit. It really goes a long way knowing that people are empathetic during such a crisis. As soon as things calm down and it is once again safe to travel, we cannot wait to book our diving course with this school.

We unfortunately had to cancel and abandon the rest of our travels in the Philippines due to the coronavirus lockdown, however Magnus was a great help when it came to cancelling our booking and very kindly offered us a full refund. We truly appreciate this kindness in this crazy time, so thank you Magnus! Hopefully we'll be able to visit you in the future!
