We arrived at this hotel on December 23rd 2019 for a 10 day Christmas and New Year break. On check-in the manager told us that all the staff would be attending the Christmas party and that we would have to look after ourselves,no staff no bar no restaurant nothing. My wife and I could not believe what we were hearing in the end one of the staff volunteered to stay and look after us.The whole 10 days was an absolute nightmare the menu when available was dreadful however the LBM and Diarrhea came free !!!!!!!.I tried to see the owner but he was, like most of the menu, not available.I'm still after all these months waiting for him to contact me and apologize!!!.Don't waste your money staying here.

Stayed with our family and we enjoyed it. Clean, though there were black ants in my parents rooms when they turned in but housekeeping was quick when they called. Food is on the expensive side and portions are small. They told us its good for 2-3 persons but should be for 1-2 only. We waited slightly over an hour for our order and we were told during check in that only us (party of 7) and another party of 6 was staying in the resort. Resort faces the beach, clean but not what i was expecting. Beaches in other parts of Philippines is definitely much nicer. I guess most stay in this area because snorkeling/diving at Apo Island is amazing.

if you want privacy for family get together. this is the place. the pool is ok for kids but needs someone to look after them. the beach is just a walk away but i dont find it exceptional just an ordinary black sand beach.

Location is great for nightlife and walk through Silliman. Staff are helpful and accommodating. Breakfast, considering its “free” is good enough with fruits, brewed coffee and filipino choices for main dish. Room is clean and spacious, the veranda offers a nice view of the city.

Family-friendly hotel. Decent food that takes at least 40 mins. to serve. Friendly and accommodating staff however most of them needs orientation on providing guidance or advice to guests about transpo, local sites etc. overall very good and relaxing stay. Perfect jump off point to Apo Island.

This place is a hidden gem. I love the decor of the main building and the location is fantastic!! So calm, clean and everyone is so friendly. Only downfall is the food in the restaurant takes a long time and portions are smaller. But other than that, we would definitely return!

My girlfriend and I booked a superior room for 3D2N through a third party application. We availed an airport van transfer to the resort, arrived at dawn (because our flight was so delayed) and welcome drinks were given to us upon our arrival. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and we discussed our planned tours with them before we went to our room. Also, there were almost no other guests during our stay so we pretty much had the resort for us. We ate at the resort's restaurant mostly for our dinners and breakfasts. And for whatever reason, the food that we ordered mostly took a while before getting served. However, the food was worth the wait, at least for the ones that we ordered. We did not know at first that it was a VIP resort until our tricycle service told us about it during our first tour, followed by the housekeeping that was done when we came back. Our first tour is Apo Island and was done in our second day. The resort and our tricycle service helped us get a nice and budget friendly tour so we were able to join another group. Our second tour is Manjuyod Sandbar which we did on our third day. Our tricycle service drove us to the bus terminal going to Bais where we will meet the contact who will take us to the sandbar. We were treated very well by the resort's contact (as he was also our tour guide) and gave us a very special tour at the sandbar using their own motor boat and their own vehicle to meet us before going to the port. We were the only ones they were taking for the tour as well as the only tourists during our visit at the sandbar. We came back to the resort after our second tour and we were allowed to checkout late. To summarize our stay at the resort, below is my FAST review: -Food: 9/10. The serving, taste and quality are above average but the waiting time takes a while. -Amenities: 8.5/10. It feels "at home" staying at the resort. Swimming pool, garden and surroundings were properly maintained even at a non-peak season. Internet speed is average and cellular signal is weak at some areas. Transportation might come in handy even just to get to the main road but still walkable for a few minutes. -Service: 9.5/10. All the staff including the guards are very nice and are ready to help you for what you need. Housekeeping was done only on our second day but not on our third/last day (don't know why). -Tours: 10/10: One of the best tours that we had. I commend the resort for having trustworthy, honest and friendly tour contacts. Our stay was also made better by our tricycle service who told us stories and gave us good advices for our tours. We enjoyed our stay even if there are not much other guests and tourists even at the nearby resorts during our visit.
