    Has every floor and room been renovated recently?
    Not to my knowledge. It is a recent construction and in my opinion not in need of renovation. Everything is in good wirking order, well maintained and up to the standards of a 4 star hotel. Better than the average that one finds in the UK,FR, or the USA. About the same level of an Intercontinental hotel.
