Literally outstanding! From the moment we arrived, we received the most amazing service. The staff was truly incredible and so very attentive. Excellent breakfast, great location, and unique scenery from any point of the hotel. A big shout out to the front office team and the concierge!! They planned every single day of our trip. From private Yacht Tour, table reservations to the most popular and usually fully booked places in Mykonos (like Scorpios beach club), to a last minute PCR test, they handle them all. I felt we couldn’t say thank you to the staff enough, they truly went above and beyond to provide an unforgettable visit. We become repeaters from now on. See you soon Ambassador😉

As you probably have read in previous reviews, it is very true - the staff makes this place even better than it is. They are authentic Greek people, friendly, chatty, attentive and even after a long season working non-stop, they kept smiling and they kept their service up high. I stayed 12 days at the end of the season this year and so I got to know them quite well as I didn't leave the hotel much. And why would you when you have pretty much all you need for a relaxing holiday - sun, pool with service, the most amazing food, cocktails, beautiful views, spa, great massages, really comfortable and modern rooms. I even got an upgrade at the end of my stay to a room with a heated pool - it was heaven! I went to relax, so I got what I wanted going at the end of the season. Most places were already closed so there were no big parties or many people at the nearby beaches. It was great! The hotel is situated near Platis Gialos which is beautiful and a quick walk to other nearby beaches. The bus into Mykonos town is just 10 minutes ride and costs 1.80 euros and it is actually very comfortable - no need for expensive taxis. When you book directly with the hotel you get a much better price than anywhere else and they have quite good deals if you go for a longer stay. Breakfast is lavish and plentiful. Great coffee and fresh orange juice! The menu has really great dishes and they are filling. So if you think the price is expensive, don't worry because you will get what you pay for - plenty and delicious. I also tried a lot of their cocktails and they were divine. I had a couple of massages as well and I regret not having more. They were that good! The little gym is very well equipped as well and I made use of it every day. I think there is nothing that faults this place. I cannot wait to become a regular client and come back every year. Next time I want a room with a jacuzzi!! :D Thank you all at the Myconian Ambassador - thank you to Leonidas and Lilli at the pool service, Hercules, Dimitrius, all the Katerinas, Agapis, Alexandra and everyone one else that I didn't quite learn the names. You all made me feel so happy during my stay! Ps.: I traveled alone and it was one of the best holidays I had!!!

Very nice hotel with a great staff. Quality of the service and the room is superb! Our room with its private jacuzzi was excellent! The location is ok, but the island is a little expensive. So be prepared for this. Regular bus service available to Mykonos town.

Room Tip: One place to avoid is a “cafe” called DK Oysters. They charged 34,5 eur for 2 cups of coffee!...

The good: -Service, Staff is very attentive -Location, 4 minute walk to the beach and many restaurants -View, beautiful view and ambiance throughout the hotel -Room, we stayed in a very comfortable 2 bedroom villa with private pool -Breakfast, amazing! Great selection with a la carte options, great service and beautiful restaurant by the main pool. The “could be better” -No shuttle service to Mykonos Town, so you either pay €50 round trip for a 10 minute ride or just take the public bus. -No coffee machine in room, when we inquire they said that due to COVID they couldn’t have reusable items in the room, so I asked how come we had TVs, mini bar, speakers etc… answer was “because those we clean” so…. Why not clean a coffee machine?? Not even the employee thought it made any sense. And this was the only hotel in our 3 week trip in Greece that didn’t have one in the room. (Athens, Santorini, Mykonos). They were very accommodating and offered free in room service, which I used quite a bit, however if you’re a coffee drinker you know that sometimes you want your coffee now and not in 20 minutes, or maybe you want it before room service is available… anyway, it wasn’t enough to ruin our vacation, but it would have certainly enhance it.

This is my second of many future stays at the lovely Myconian Ambassador. Hotel is gorgeous, staff is second to none, rooms are comfortable, luxurious and spotless. Accessibility to Mykonos Town is just a 15 min car ride away. Services at the hotel are seamless and executed perfectly. Meals are beyond delicious from breakfast to fine dining at Efisia. I cant compliment this place enough. Kudos to all the staff especially: Hercules, Kostas, Agapi and the whole team really. Cant wait to go back
