For the price of P250-P300 for 12 hours, the place and room isn't that bad for two people. The wifi's strength signal is really good. The staffs are just okay. Since we went there for swimming it's normal that we go back to the suite with wet clothes so we did some hand laundry then put it in the railings but we got reprimanded and they adviced us to take our clothes upstair (housekeeping area). Not bad, right? We did not go home with our wet clothes and it did not add up to our already over baggage. 😛

For the price we paid, it was okay. The cable was fine, the toilet was large enough with strong water, and the A/C was okay. We chose this because of the location - it was along the highway (accessible), and it was near Gaisano. Offers free wifi but very poor signal. They sell food (breakfast) and water and others on the 2nd floor.

I got a solo room which was really really small. I was fine with it, but maybe other customers may not be. Like, it's really smallll. But the shower, bidet, sink, toilet, and AC was working. The bed, I could tell, was really old. I could feel the metal springs in the mattress when I sleep. What's really annoying here is that the staff kept on waking me up every morning to ask if I wanted to extend my stay. I could go the reception and do the transaction there, you didn't have to wake me up. And also, one of their receptionists was not so welcoming.

We checked in around 6am (Oct. 29,2016) when we arrived Iligan Ciity. It's been 20yrs since the last time we visited the city. The front desk asked for P300 for the room and a P100 as deposit for the remote control for the TV. We were not informed that the P300 was only for a 12hour stay. The front desk offered room #56, which we like it since it was just located at ground floor and near the front desk. When we enter the room,it was just a very small room. around 6 sq.m., with a toilet/bathroom 3ft x 4 ft.. since our purpose in visiitng the city was just for the wake of our relative, I told my husband that never mind the place, anyway will just be staying here for a few hours since most of our time will be at the wake. We came back to the hotel late, almost 12MN, the front desk asked us topay for another P300, and that was only the time that we know that the their rate is only for 12 hours stay. We pay for P300 immediately, because we are already very tired. When we entered the room, what catch our attention was the small cockroaches, crawling everywhere!!! It was really disgusting!! I really hate cockroaches!! Because we don't have any choice, it's late and we're tired, I just sleep with blanket covering all over me, cause I"m afraid that those small cockroaches might crawl on me or might get into my ears. Around 6am (Oct. 30,2016)on the next morning, while we were still sleeping, a room boy kept on knocking our room. The way he knocks is very irritating!! it was loud and strong. When my husband opened the door, he was asking if we are going to extend our stay, and my husband say, Yes!.. the room boy said, 'Pay it now!' My husband says, 'I'll pay later'.. and closed the door..but the room boy knocked our door again, and asked for the money. He was very rude. Untrained, uneducated. We were asking who is the owner of the place, but he just say,'If you have complaints, go ahead'!! what a very unpolite, disrespectful way of treating their guest. My husband was very angry, and went to the front desk to play for the P300 extension.fee. the front desk was sorry for what their staff have done, We prepare ourselves for the funeral and we went back to the hotel around 3pm to check out.. we just changed and packed our things. I changed my shoes and went out of the room.. while we were still loading our bags on the car, I felt something inside my shoes, and OMG, its a COCKROACH!!! I really hate this place.. EVERYTHING!!!

They let me in a room which is still dirty and subject for clean up... Asked them many times to clean the room but still they don't pay attention to my request so what I did was I asked for a refund and left that very poor inn. Service sucks! If I will rate from 1 - 10, 1 as the lowest and 10 as the highest? It's 1 that I'm going to rate for them or 0 if there's 0 rate.
No dial tone, dirty room and toilet, no tissue provided and they're not even selling tissue. Front desk staff are so busy with their own business and can't entertain well to customers. They're even shouting like telling to the hotel boy to clean the room...Really sucks! I would not recommend this inn for a traveler. 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

It was Thursday night late right before Good Friday and my employee had to find a room for the night. It was ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL that she had an excellent WiFi connection for business.
The connection failed time after time with the staff not really caring to solve the issue.
No refund was offered for a ten minute stay and it required her to leave extremely dissatisfied.

We're about to go to Tinago Falls and we're looking for a hotel to leave our things when we saw this hotel strategically located on Tibanga Hi-Way. We arrived at around 9:00am, at the hotel entrance the guard checked our backpacks for security reasons (usually done by security guards anywhere here in the Philippines). Room rates are: P200.00, P250.00, P300.00 and their most expensive room is P350.00; All per 12hrs, strictly no reservation. We opted for the P300.00 room, we paid P300.00 and another P100.00 as deposit (I wonder what's the use of the P100.00 deposit if you are asked to pay before extending stay) and then we were assigned to room 100. We were given a small soap, a small shampoo, room key, and the a remote control for the cable digital box. The room was small, has lcd/led tv with cable, bathroom, telephone, and the bed are with springs. The bathroom has a strong closed bathroom smell that I can't bear to stay inside the bathroom breathing. If you are a big person (in height or in weight or both), I guarantee you won't fit sitting on the bowl because it is facing the wall and the room width is only as much as the door's width plus a few inches. After a while checking our room, we packed our things for our trip to Tinago Falls and left our baggages inside the hotel room. We left the keys at the hotel desk at around 10:00am. Snacks and beverages are available at the hotel desk. I bought a room air freshener and of course bathroom freshener. We arrived back at the hotel at around 8:00pm. At 8:30pm hotel front desk called if we'll extend our stay and we said yes then after a few minutes a room boy came to collect our payment. After 12 hours (8:30am), while we're still sleeping, a room boy knocked at our door asking if we're going to extend then as we say yes he collected our payment. I had a nice rest after a day's swimming and tour at tinago falls but I prefer a bed without springs. :) I didn't like their policy on payments of paying before extending (this could be their preventive measure from nonpayers but there must be a better way).

If you are budget conscious, this is the perfect place to stay, very cheep yet the ambiance is so relaxing and the place is so clean, with fully furnished air-conditioned room with cable TV and wifi per floor, i can say that for a traveler like me out there if your planning to visit iligan city i suggest this is the place to stay, 250php/12 hours not bad at all.. With safe free parking with 24 hours roving security guards what else can you ask for in exchange for your 250php for your relaxing 12 hours stay.
