i booked a room for a friend through Priceline.com and when my friend was about to leave they ask her to pay. I provided pictures as proof i paid with my debit card through priceline, they said the hotel accepts Agoda.com not priceline. so I talked to the staff at that time I promised I will log in again and book another room in order to pay, just the purpose of paying through Agoda which they recommended. so i did and got a No Show email, later I got another email with their message calling my friend "a big S&%#" at the same time asking to pay which I can understand that part. but why is it necessary for them to use foul language? clearly they don't have good intent and zero customer service. I could pay twice it's not the issue. the staff don't exactly know what they are doing and during that time their was power outage cannot check their computer. why is it they have to use very strong foul name calling to my friend and ask me to pay again? this place needs to tone down and earn the guest so the guest will come again and bring more friends next time. I am going there on vacation next month I do not plan to go near this place. Alan Sr Residences you are downright disgusting and shame on you for foul words, it speaks for you only ! (don't worry i will pay hope that makes you happy low life!)

second time to stay always as its best good size of rooms just needs more uplifting of rooms no soap or toiletries holder no toilet roll but place is cleaned and staff very friendly garden very nice landscape will recommend thank you see you again soon.
