I love how the new dorm feels like a "hotel" for the price of P399 a day! It's with AC and fan and each bunk bed has its own power outlets for your devices. I sooo love the coziness of bed and blankets and there's curtains for your privacy. The staff are nice and friendly. They have common areas if you want to eat or play with your friends. Oh! Did I mention that there is a food market and an ATM beside the hostel? Good location right?

We stayed in the dorm which had A/C and also fans. Every bed has a locker and place to charge your phone and small bed light. They are several bathrooms and showers and also a rooftop with great view of the Island. They offer food and drinks and in the nights they play good music. There are djs to dance to all type of music and in the mornings they have free yoga lessons. All the staff is great and nice and it’s perfect to stay if you dive or just to chill near to south beach and you can walk to north beach or take boat trips!!! Plenty of showers and clean bathrooms with hot water. WiFi might be the best on the island. Perfect stay also for the price we loved it so much and enjoy our time here, definitely recommend cause it’s near many restaurants and if you want to save money is near the local market for food :)

We arrived early of December 7, it's my 2nd time at Malapascua Budget Inn so I know what to expect. It's one of my top choice in the island since it's affordable and you'll definitely get the "Island Life" that you been eyeing for a breather from the City bustles. Since my last visit, the main reception area is still there and with some noticeable improvements in the compound: - A new 3-storey building with new dorm-type rooms - New bar at the rooftop of the new building (formerly at the main reception) - A ongoing construction left hand side near the gate which I learned that it'll be an ATM machine soon! When I want to immerse myself to remote islands such as Malapascua, I don't really expect luxury (even if I can afford) since these elegance can be grasps within the City where I spend most of my life. I'm glad there's this kind of accommodation offered by Malapascua Budget Inn that for some time stamp of your life, you'll value simplicity and functionality. We had Island hopping around Malapascua, a chance to do cliff diving, disco over the motor boat, tried socializing at the new Bar at the roof top, slept comfortably and leave the island the following day sun-kissed. Thanks MBI and staff!

Really want to take the time to tell everyone to stay here! Decided to stay here during the hostel’s anniversary and this was certainly no mistake. The hostel is close to the beach, local market and Guanna’s (cheap restaurant). Rooms are very clean with a large locker for every bed to store valuables or your backpack, all have a power socket, firm mattresses. Plenty of toilets and showers, all clean and always with toilet paper (which can be comforting when being in Asia for a while). The hostel owner does everything within his power to give you a good stay, staff are very well trained and super friendly. There is a rooftop bar where you can have breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, great place to be. We were lucky enough to enjoy the stand up comedy night and had loads of fun. All and all, great experience and would recommend this place to everyone.

We don't expect our hostel accommodation to be that good but we thought it is the best among others in Malapascua. We went there as a group of 12. They have a lot of rooms for bigger groups. Lots of communal comfort rooms. And the bar at the rooftop of their new building is definitely giving them a plus point. Good music, very spacious. Perfect to hangout with fellow backpackers as well.
