Room was nice and clean. Beds where very comfy. Room wifi worked really well and didn't drop in and out. Service we got was brilliant 😊 restaurant that is attached is also good for a meal or just sitting there have a drink or two Bathroom was small but worked well. Like most places no where to put bathroom bags. They did have a sign saying if you hang up your towel they wouldn't replace them but they did every day. Only about 6 car parks under cover the rest out side which isn't to bad as long as it wasn't raining. Enjoy my stay.

Having visited Elite Hotel during Covid we only ever had the pleasure of staying in the rooms whilst visiting the KDV Sports center. We're back again after all the carnage of Covid and the flooding only to be greeted by a team who only knows how to excel in guest services. Whilst we've always been fond of the clean and practical rooms, last night we were able to dine at Mozzafiato restaurant after a ten-hour drive from Sydney. The kitchen stayed open to prepare our meals and on ordering the Rib Eye steak, I was expecting a bistro-style steak & chips plate. Instead, what arrived was a beautifully curated medium-rare rib eye along with some delicately placed balls of heaven, better known as mash, this meal was prepared by Chef Marco and deserves in my humble opinion at least one Michelin Star for the passion and effort in his quest to deliver exceptional meals at an affordable price. I backed up the steak with the wonderfully prepared Arancini balls which were presented on a truffle-infused aioli and to my surprise, a new twist on a traditional Italian dish. Of course, without the sensational table service from Samuel, the experience wouldn't have been fulfilled as a friendly, entertaining, and sincerely enjoyable evening. We will be back again tomorrow to try Chef Marco's rack of lamb amongst other menu items that sound amazing. If you're wanting a great meal on the Gold Coast, this hidden gem is a must-try for any foodie wanting to discover something truly memorable.

This is possibly the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. Being fairly new helps, but it was spotless. Check in was quick and easy and all staff I dealt with in my three day stay were friendly and helpful. The negatives were absolutely minor but there were some. After a long flight and taxi ride I was parched, a couple of bottles of water in the fridge would have been very welcome. The bed was one of those affairs where two king singles are joined together to make a king. Super uncomfortable if you like to lie diagonally to watch TV or sleep. The TV has cable, if you like sport. Thankfully for those of us who do not like sport the TV is equipped with a Chromecast allowing you to stream Netflix or whatever from your phone. Probably my biggest issue was the lack of a room compendium. On check in you're given a list of hotel facilities - all to do with sporting activities, the restaurant is only open a couple of nights and you have no idea where you can get something to eat. This was frustrating. There is a Coffee club, Red Rooster and 7/11 within walking distance. I ended up getting some food delivered. The staff were great and provided cutlery and crockery for me. If you're travelling without a car, it's probably worth looking for something with a few more facilities nearby, otherwise it's a nice place to stay. Go back factor: With a car, yes. Without: Yeah, nah

This is a new hotel on a quiet road with sporting fields surrounding it. The hotel is clean and comfy, air conditioned. Reception staff are friendly. Close by to Carrara markets and very close to Metricon Stadium. Would stay again.

We booked this place as it was convenient to where we were getting collected for our Hot Air Ballooning experience. It's my fault I didn't read what was in the room properly. That is basically all it is .... a room. No microwave, cooking facilities, wine glasses, cutlery at all. We had coffee and tea making facilities and a tv. Unfortunately, the restaurant does not open on a Sunday and a Monday and that was the two days we stayed. The room was sufficient if that is what you are looking for. I don't think we will be staying here again as was looking for more. The staff were exceptional to deal with.

I picked the Elite as it was close to the theme parks and it was a good choice. Unfortunately we were not able to have dinner or a beverage as COVID-19 had impacted staffing. The girl on reception gave us some great recommendations for dinner & advised an Uber. We slept really well as the beds were so comfy. Great establishment.

Having just returned from a Golf weekend with 11 others, everyone of us were hugely impressed with Elite Gold Coast. The position & vicinity to all the Gold Coast has to offer, but as golfers we couldn’t have been happier with how close we were to some of QLD’s best courses. The rooms were great and spacious and the staff were super helpful in making sure all 7 rooms were on the same floor. We all want to give a huge shout out to Kane, our Barman who became more like a mate after a couple of days/nights watching AFL Finals in his bar. He could not have done anymore for us and went out of his way to make us feel at hone. I can’t end this without complimenting the chef on his pizzas, I think we had at least a dozen various sorts and the meals were also fantastic. As a golf group from the Sunny Coast , we’ve decided that Elite Gold Coast will now be our base for future golf trips and many are even considering staying here for family trips. Do yourself a favour & spend a few nights here and be sure sure to keep Kane busy behind the bar. Masters of Grass Destruction Golf Group.
