The structure is ideal for those Who want to switch off from work and rest, immersed in the iblean countryside. It represents a strategic point, because you can reach the main tourist destinations in a short time. The Spa is truly relaxing; the rooms are refined and clean; the staff is friendly and helpful. The food is excellent and highlights the tradition and good taste of Sicilian cuisine. So the overall judgment is certainly positive and i recommend anyone, young people, couples, families,to spend their holidays in this oasis of tranquillity.

If I knew how isolated it was, and how far apart the different buildings were, I would never have booked here. The 'Panorama Rooms' are at the top of a lovely hill, 20 minutes walk from the reception building. If you want a coffee or a drink, you have to walk 20 minutes. There are NO amenities in these rooms - no kettle, nothing. We were able to change to a room closer to the main building -- still a 5 minute walk down the road. Still here, no coffee / kettle facilities in the rooms. It has a nice pool. That's about it. The reception staff really do their best with what they have. If you want to book a spa (30 minutes for E15 I believe) then, be prepared to walk another 20 minutes to another building down the main road to get there. It is not a 'resort' as I would have expected, it is a collection of unconnected buildings too far from each other to be comfortable. If you want to spend your stay jumping in and out of your car, it's fine I guess. I came here looking to relax. On the second night, I walked into the dining room for dinner. I was the only person there, an empty space with around 70 empty tables. I was asked if I had a reservation. At breakfast, the coffee is in two large thermos pump-jugs, the kind you find at a church fair or rummage sale. If you are lucky enough to catch the attention of a member of staff, you can order a cappuccino, which is begrudgingly served. Maybe I expected some proper coffee, and fixated on this, but it was terrible. And to ask for one later in the day, from the reception bar, you get a capsule-coffee from a little machine in the corner. What I did love though, the cats and dogs that are around, they provide a very lovely family feel. I arrived here expecting a bit of care, and relaxation. I felt ignored, in the way, and stressed most of the time I was here. Was very happy to leave and won't recommend it. The pictures make it look very beautiful. If you're on an Instagram holiday, that's fine. It will probably look as if you had a great time.

Lighting in rooms was dark and depressing. Odd room configuration - three bedrooms, one bath, small kitchenette with no utensils, pots, etc. Management was not friendly checking in. Definitely not a destination place to stay!

I spent almost a week there with my wife and we enjoyed it very much. It is far away from everything so if you want some quiet, this is the place. Recommended to rent a car if you want to explore nearby cities and attractions. There is a parking space for every room. The food was genuine, fresh and real good. The staff is very helpful and always smiling. My wife is a beautician and while we were there, she booked for a massage and was very satisfied. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning. I would recommend this resort anytime and will definitely go again hopefully next year. I couldn't find the correct words to praise the resort, the staff and the scenery. AAAAA+++++
