We had a family apartment in the garden. It was spacious and clean. It lacked kitchen utensils, but we got by fine. Good service with the staff. Pool is GREAT and big. Easy to go downtown by car to Santa Tecla which was a great little town, and close (20 min by car) to the larger Acireale which was also formidable and not very touristy. Easy to visit Etna from here also (only 40 min drive). Kids loved staying here.

Beautifully set in the countryside overlooking the sea. Very clean and well kept. The owners are very nice people but most of all the most helpful person was Nicole. The breakfast was delicious. Will go there again.

Very happy with our stay. Agree with all other reviewers. If you're travelling with toddlers, consider staying in the villas that are separate from the main building. The main building has a few rooms, the breakfast terrace and the pool. But it also has many many steps. My 2 year old bumped her had against the corner of one of the steps on the very first day. Then we got upgraded to the villas that stand a 5 min walk away from the main building (through the gardens). And it was a bliss. No steps nearby. Just a very friendly cat. The animals enclosure was 30 metres away, same as the playground. Much closer than from the main building. They are a bit more expensive. But no head bumps! :) Only Nicole speaks a bit of English. We would feel more comfortable if we could speak and understand each other more easily. But hey, they compensated it with a very warm welcome every morning :) P.S. might be important for your kids :) When we stayed, the animals included lots of chicken, 2 roosters, a few geese, goats (you can actually get inside of their enclosure). One old looking duck and a rabbit plus a few parrots were inside a big cage you can't go in. I couldn't find this info :) Hope this helps!

Stayed at the Tenuta for a weekend in April. Everything was perfect. Location is very good, only a short drive from Catania Airport. Parking not a problem. Breakfast was genuine and great with some delicious home made cakes. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful and also provided us with several recommendations on places to visit and eat. The Tenuta itself is beautiful, is large and includes a pool (normally used in summer season), SPA, gym, a mini zoo and a children's playground. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

A beautiful and peaceful place! So well kept! Stayed in an apartment which was very clean and spacious. Staff were always very nice and helpful. Would recommend it with families who have young kids, as there is a small playground and some animals. A car is a must though.

This was truely a memorable experience for all the family... we stayed for one week and from arrival to our last day we have been treated by all the staff with extraordinary professionalism and attention to detail in making our stay exceptional. The place is well kept, clean, the kids loved the surrounding nature, freshly prepared breakfast, breath taking views....mostly the view from the infinity pool. In the neighbourhood we found some exceptional restaurants. We can reassure you that we will be regular clients and looking forward to our next stay at your Tenuta..... Keep It Up and Welldone 😀

This place is so nice and has so good people working there. Nicole and Fabiana, the two girls that works there are so service minded and so warm, you can feel the reel thing from the minute you enter the gate. There is a garden and a playground like a botanic garden and the swimming pool is clean, big and with a great view:) Food is good, and if tou go there you have to taste Fabianas best lemon icecream, the best ever tasted:) We had our two small children(3-5) with us, and the only thing that maybe was not fantastic, was that they had to be a more quiet than normally on a vaccation. The place is best for adults and for children from about 6 years old.

Recommended to us through friends, this charming agritourismo (with a view to die for) was just what we needed to disconnect from our busy lives for a few days. Nicole and her team looked after us well and were always attentive. They are also impressively well versed in various languages to suit all guests!

We've spent a couple of days in Tenuta Santa Tecla and it was perfect. The rooms were nice, the pool area great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We'd definetely book it again if we went back to Sicily!
