My daughter and I visited Ikos Olivia in June and has a wonderful holiday. The hotel staff are all so welcoming and helpful, everything you need is taken care of for you. My daughter had a fantastic time with the Wake to Wake Water-sports team, trying Fly board, Wake boarding, paddle boarding and learning to sail, the team could not have been more professional and supportive. The food is all delicious, we particularly enjoyed breakfast at Provence and dinner at Ouzo and Fresco. We also tried the dine out option at Mouragio’s and having asked the Ikos staff for their recommendations we tried the Zucchini chips, which were excellent! We would highly recommend Ikos Olivia and cannot wait to return.

My family and I spent 10 days at this amazing resort. Without a doubt the highlight of the trip was the the wake to wake team led by Christos and his amazing team. There was no better way to start the day then meeting Christos and either Theodoris or George to get woken up by a wake board session on glass waters. And then mid day learning to fly board and even do tricks with the instruction of Spyros or Christos. They are the best instructors you can ask for who listen and adapt to the level of their customer. The proof - every person in my family that tried to waterski, wakeboard or fly board got up and managed to ski, board or fly! Of course the amazing Anna who jus made it the easiest to book everything and always made sure we had enough time for everything! Thank you so much to Dionysis, Stavaros and the other Spyros for everything as well. These people and this team is the reason to come to this resort! Thanks for making our trip one of the best ever. We are two couples travelling for the third time to Olivia and the 4th occasion at IKOS IKOS has become a place we can meet up with our children (23/21) and their girlfriends given the fact they live all over the UK. The quality, service and attention to detail are all hallmarks of IKOS and we were not disappointed. A mark of a great hotel is how they correct any issues and in this respect we thank Asimina (Assistant Manager Food and Beverage ) for resolving a minor issue we had . She was magnificent and kept in contact with us during the stay - Thank you . All the staff are wonderful and our special thanks go to , Dimitris (Lobby bar) and George (Ouzo). Make sure you book the free mini for the day and take bikes out for a wonderful ride through the Olive groves . ( leave hotel and just head right and keep going ) All in all a fabulous trip and we can’t wait for the next

We had our first Ikos experience at Olivia and loved it. What everyone says: the personal service, the quality of food and drinks, the comfort of the rooms. It all started from our pre arrival for which Ikos pre booked all our meals, spa treatments, Mini, wine tasting etc. Veroni did an amazing job, responsive and ensuring we got everything we needed, ready for when we arrived. Speaking of which, we recommend the Mini as a great way to get out and experience a little bit of the local area and the wine tasting, especially early in your stay to get to know what you like on the restaurant wine lists. My only word of caution is for couples who prefer a more adult location. We travelled out of school holidays but the majority of people had smaller kids. We were fortunate to be in Deluxe so had the quieter beach and resort, so you may want to consider this.Show less

I cannot recommend this resort highly enough. The service is outstanding. The resort is beautifully maintained, the gardeners do the most excellent job. The food is amazing, our favourites were Flavours for breakfast, Ouzo for lunch and Anaya for dinner. The deluxe pool staff are fabulous but a big shout out to Katerina Micheli who ensures every guest is looked after and every need is met. We have been to Dassia twice which we loved and more recently Andalusia which did not hit the right notes. We thought our Ikos journey was over but Olivia was perfect providing space, serenity and charm. We will be back. Thank you!

Fantastic holiday. Brilliant resort, all inclusive. Fabulous grounds, restaurants, amenities and above all respectful, friendly and obliging staff. The room was spacious and bright with all the extras you would expect of a 5 star holiday. Numerous restaurants with specialised cuisines each and everyone enjoyable. Pools throughout are all good with dedicated areas for adults only even on the beach! We had the delux package and were treated as special. Highly recommended for all that want a great holiday, whether with or without children. Enjoyed every day.

An amazing resort! No words can describe how fantastic this resort is. On top of the scenic views and luxury of the resort, the people who work there were outstanding! Made us feel like royalty! Special mention to Christina and Vaggelis at the beach bar, Dimitris (always smiling), Vasilis and Fotini; managers of the main restaurant Flavours. The week we stayed there, the staff became family members to us. We can’t wait to go back again! Hope to see our Ikos family soon.

We have just returned from a week’s stay at this beautiful hotel, our third time here. The hotel is absolutely stunning visually, and our two bedroom beachfront bungalow (deluxe) was amazing, in a perfect location to access the pool, beach and amenities (715). We were really impressed with the layout of the rooms, there didn’t feel like a master and a second which made it much better for 4 adults, and the sound proofing was excellent. The only minor niggles were terrible water pressure in the shower; and the fact the terrace was home to a family of cats and kittens, which was very cute, but also meant we couldn’t leave anything out to dry as it was attacked, and our outdoor seating smelt of cats and had dirty paw prints over it. Not a huge problem for us, but might be relevant to you. Our 18 month old daughter was well provided for with a proper wooden cot, baby bath, changing mat, and high chair in our room. They also arranged oat milk (Alpro) in our room which was appreciated. There were a few standout members of staff, including Despina and Stephanie in the deluxe concierge team, Maria at flavours, the executive chef team in flavours, and Maria and Nikoleta around the deluxe pool, who were all fabulous. Despina in particular went over and above to make sure we were comfortable- thank you, all your assistance was much appreciated and you are a true credit to Ikos. We loved the DJ by the pool on the days it was on (rain stopped play some days), the white party was fab as always, it’s a shame there’s not more early evening entertainment for young kids, as we made restaurant reservations fairly early as our daughter needed to get to bed after, so we missed everything in this respect. The gardens are stunning and it’s such a lovely setting to wander around, everything is very clean and well kept, and the housekeeping team were lovely. The mini was great and we loved visiting the local area. However, we felt this stay fell someway below expectations in terms of the service in some areas and some food, which is a real shame. I assume perhaps staffing after covid is an issue, which is understandable, however further training might be beneficial. One of the reasons we fell in love with the Ikos brand is how wonderfully warm the staff are, it’s like visiting long lost family members normally, however service here on the whole was average. No one other than the few people listed above were particularly personable, in fact some came across as rather irritated to be serving guests. Dimitris and Kostas by the deluxe pool in particular, and a few people in various restaurants. There were also really long waits for drinks by the pool on certain days and at breakfast and lunch on occasion, one day my wine didn’t arrive at lunch until I’d pretty much finished my meal. Service particularly over dietary needs was at times chaotic - especially in Anaya. If dietary needs are detailed on arrival and relayed to the restaurant teams we couldn’t understand why the restaurant staff weren’t prepared with what menu choices were suitable. The manager in fresco made a joke at the end of our meal that no one died or turned blue so it was a successful meal, which we felt was pretty poor taste. Also a small thing but in the past we’ve been offered special desserts the chef has acknowledged and prepared for us most evenings, and this time it was the standard fruit or sorbet in most restaurants. We felt the quality of the food was also reduced, the beef for example in fresco was very tough, not like previous times. “Roasted” vegetables came out raw sometimes, chicken dry, and whilst our first meal in Provence was excellent, the second was disappointing with very long wait times. Children’s menus were quite unhealthy, and the fish croquettes served to my 18 month old in ouzo contained bones which obviously is rather alarming, they did apologise profusely for this which was appreciated but it really shouldn’t have happened for an item from a children’s menu. Ouzo was also quite an uncomfortable experience, the sun shines right on the terrace until it goes down and so the two people facing west were blinded for most of the meal, we both ended up with a headache from squinting despite going back to the room to get sunglasses. First world problems I know but it did limit our enjoyment. To note, the one night we dined in the buffet we were really impressed, the food in here was excellent, but we do normally prefer to dine a la carte. The spa treatments were good but we all found the beds in the spa uncomfortable, it’s a shame the head end doesn’t drop slightly. This was also the third visit here and the third time we have had bad weather (twice early September and this was mid June), which is a bit of a shame. Obviously not the hotel’s fault but there is very little to do at the hotel in bad weather, so this might be relevant for you. I guess if we hadn’t been to Ikos before we may not have noticed these things, it’s a beautiful place and overall deserving of its 5 star status. However we felt with standards seeming to be slipping and prices rising it did leave us slightly disappointed overall, hence my rating. Hopefully it’ll return to full potential when the affects of the pandemic are further behind us.

My mum and I visited Ikos Olivia in May for a long overdue post covid break. From being picked up at the airport to being dropped back there a week later, everything was just perfect. We were met at the hotel entrance, our cases were taken and we were asked to sit on one of the sofas. Glasses of prosecco arrived and a very lovely young lady (sorry I cannot remember her name) booked us in - no queuing. She went through everything with us and then gave us our key, and our holiday began. We had a panoramic sea view room which overlooked the adult's pool. The room was very spacious with a kettle, Nespresso machine and fully stocked mini bar. There was one English plug socket and a USB port. The rest of the plugs were European. The hairdryer was a "proper" hairdryer, not one on the wall in the bathroom. The bathroom amenities were excellent with Anne Semonin shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. I personally prefer my own shampoo and conditioner as my hair is longer but this is a personal preference. The rooms were cleaned every day and there was a turn down service of an evening with a biscuit left on the bed. The balcony had a table and two chairs. We loved sitting watching the house martins flying in and out of their nests which were on most balconies. We booked three restaurants before travelling - Ouzo, Fresco and Anaya. Fresco was definitely our favourite. Don't be scared to order more than one of any course. We sat next to a family of four who ordered about six different mains and shared them all. Unfortunately, we were unable to book any more restaurants when we arrived as they were all busy but, to be honest, the buffet restaurant was excellent. They even had sushi on the oriental night. Wines were a bit hit and miss to start with but Georgio in Flavours was very helpful and we did eventually get it right, even sampling dessert wines. When you order wine, you get the whole bottle, not just a glass! Breakfast was nice, with lots to choose from. We stayed round the adult's area quiet pool and the staff were so attentive. Lovely freshly made cocktails (beware the drinks are strong!) and one of the waiters even remembered our drinks order every day. They even have someone who comes round to clean your sunglasses for you! It was nice to see water cartons instead of plastic bottles. We asked to keep our room on as we had a late check out. Although we were unable to stay in our original room, we were given another room to use, free of charge. Our cases were moved for us and when the time came for us to leave, we were waved off by the staff. There were only two minor niggles - it would be nice to have an idea of what the buffet nights were going to be for the week and our towels were changed sometimes twice a day, even though we hung them up. Ten of us are travelling to Ikos Dassia in August so it will be interesting to compare, but I already know that it's going to be wonderful! Ikos have just got it right. No, it's not cheap but you do get what you pay for and I think it is worth every penny.

This was our second time at Ikos but the first in Olivia. The service, staff and cleanliness were perfect as expected. Everybody was super friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming everywhere. The highlight experience of my stay at IKOS was the live music played at Anaya. Handpan artist and a DJ and the music was absolutely mesmerizing! I wish the hotel would have advertised it because we would have shown up much sooner. I would love to see more of this kind of performance! Looking forward to coming again. The only thing that we were not so happy with were the curtains in our room but the sun shone easily through and woke us up earlier than we wanted.
