Amazing experience! Great food, spectacular views and unforgettable hosts! We were invited with a group of friends for a cosy wedding of our friend. Every detail was thought off, rooms were very clean. Breakfast was amazing, couldn't think of anything that I was missing. Compliments to Carine, Mario and the entire crew.

My husband had again arranged a great surprise for me. The location of Il Pozzeto is perfect for people who wants to escape the hustle and bustle of the better known and crowded areas of Tuscany. The house is in it's own solitude on a beautiful hill providing a breath-taking scenery around and even up to 30 km. A perfect place to walk on the hills and small country roads - only deers and wild boars around (we saw both). The big rustic house has been renovated carefully and with love. We had a lovely and spacious room - La Prugna - in the tower. Carene and Mario have created a special atmosphere. There are several vantage points if you prefer even more peace and privacy. And there is a big swimming pool - enough to get your daily exercise. The huge rustic garden is just stunning. Some evenings they arrange great dinners for the guests. The food was just amazing and prepared by our hosts. They also ate with us which created a very cozy atmosphere. Even the breakfast was exceptional and the ladies serving that were great. They also provide lunch boxes (several options) if you do not want to go to the restaurants in nearby villages. On top of that all there are many interesting places to explore nearby - Anghiari, Sancepolcro, Arezzo, Perugia... What a great place and what a great hospitality. Thank you!

We had our wedding at Pozzeto in August 2019. It was simply marvellous. Carine and her team went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was perfect. We stayed the week before the wedding day and it was fantastic! The dinners, especially Mario’s ravioli, the barbecue, the pool, we absolutely want to go back. You should not miss Pozzeto’s epic pizza parties. For us, Pozzeto was the perfect wedding venue, with the perfect wedding planners, we had the wedding of our dreams, even with the challenge we had on the (very unexpectedly rainy) wedding day! Anyone having their wedding at Pozzeto is very lucky.

Il Pozzeto is out of this world. Driving up to the old monastery is an adventure by itself. Through beautiful woodlands and overlooking the Anghiari valley. On top of the hill a beautiful Tuscan oasis awaits. Beautiful rooms and apartments that are well equiped and have a lot of atmosphere. The crown on all of this is the warm hospitality of Carine. I would highly recommend staying here!

We spent 5 days at Il Pozzetto as part of a wedding group. The drive up to Il Pozzetto as mentioned by others is well worth it , the views are stunning and it is truly peaceful.Carine is a wonderfully warm host and nothing is too much trouble for her. Herself Mario Nisa and Greta were a formidable team , Marios pizza I think is one of the best I have ever had. Carine herself is also a wonderful cook. Our accomodation had everything we could have needed and a wonderful communal living room type space our kids loved it. The pool area is beautiful and I loved the outdoor kitchen. My brother and sister in laws wedding was the most perfect day which Carine and her team ensured of ! Thank you to Carine Mario Nisa and Greta for going above and beyond The Jensen Family
