Let’s start of with the negatives. The double beds were two singles pushed together which is never a good start as they seemed to always separate and was very annoying. The WiFi in the villas was the worst I’ve ever used, however the one by the pool was excellent. We got upgraded for free to a 6 bed villa but there was no AC so it was often hot. It would have been nice if there was a small supply of cooking goods like oil. Some of the cutlery was also dirty. But the villa as a whole was lovely and was cute. It could do with a bit of a clean and tidy up but it was perfectly adequate to sleep in. We spent most of our time at the pool or the lovely beaches near by. The pool was amazing and looks beautiful with out of this world views. The staff who spoke excellent English were so nice and lovely to us throughout our stay. The shuttle service was probably the best shuttle service we’ve ever had and was willing to make extra trips outside of schedule so we could get the ferry back. Overall we would definitely go back again.

Vulcano Blu was the best. Set 5 minutes out of town by car and located on the water amongst a quiet bush setting. The courtesy bus was great or you could bike it into town. The pool was amazing as were the staff who all spoke English and could not have been more helpful. The rooms were tired but we didn’t didn’t care. The service, pool and quiet location made up for it.

Fantastic swimming pools and very kind people working there. But rooms very basic and really bad general conditions, like no maintenance in the room and in all complex. So it appears dirty. Could be much better

Great pool with a wonderful view, friendly staff and a shuttle service to and from the center and ferry. It's a few minutes drive to the center or a nice 15 minute walk. Large room with large terrace, one of the best places on the island.

The mini apartment was lovely with a lovely outdoor kitchen and from our second floor we could even glimpse at the sea from far away. The infinity pool was gorgeous with a beautiful view, but I do not do pool and cannot comprehend while someone would stay at the pool while on an island! The beach was not really a beach but a terrace on the water with water access and stunning view. Yet the water access was in a rocky area that made it difficult and not welcoming to go in and out. The nice black sand beach was just a short walk away from the residence though and just a couple of mins by car. Nice pool bar to grab a quick bite or breakfast. Convenient shuttle to downtown Vulcano, but I would suggest increasing the evening rides and early morning to catch the ferry and boat tours. Wifi is only available in common areas and not too strong...good excuse to disconnect while in paradise!
